Popped into Churro Rush after the lunch hour on a Friday for a quick bite to eat. There was one patron ahead of us and we were quickly assisted by the gentleman behind the counter. Several of us ordered the Mexican Chicken Salad and he wanted to check with the kitchen to see what inventory they had at that point. They had enough for 1 of our 3 orders so we chose to order 1 while another member of our party ordered grilled cheese instead. The gentleman behind the counter did not want us to pay for the 2nd order until he knew it was possible to make, which we appreciated, however, he continued to keep assisting guests who walked in after we had been waiting for the 2nd order update for a considerable amount of time. We did not receive the waters we were offered and the 2nd order of the Mexican Chicken Salad that was consistently "being made" and "being plated" and "oh it's right here" never arrived. Needless to say, we left after splitting one sandwich between two people. Limited to seating for parties of 3 unless you are able to move available...

I never knew that so much could be done with churros. But wait, that's not all. Churros were made fresh and warm, honestly the best I've ever had. 😋 worth the drive from yreka. Yes, we were on the hunt for churros specifically. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to come to Jacksonville and with the service we were happy to receive. Expected cost for 2 people 7-18 dollars. The classic was 3⁵⁰ and my gfs was about 9⁵⁰. We spent about 13⁰⁰ for...
Read moreOverpriced food for the quality you end up with. The churro was practically a frozen churro from a frozen pack that was heated, the topping of dulce de leche was way off the top overbearing. The tacos were practically heated cat meat, flavorless and no seasoning... and the guacamole was from a package. I don't recommend this place.
You're better off going to costco and buying a churro from there!
And the owner responded that he doesn't sell tacos... PLEASEE! 🙄 you did sell them during the 5 de Mayo small menu that you allegedly had and you mentioned that you had a small menu and checked the kitchen multiple times to make sure it was still available...
