Buckle — Local services in Janesville

Less than a year old and the pocket ripped out again. These were replaced mid summer and not worn all winter. I've had 2 BKEs do this and 2 Rocks. Spending $80-150 you would think they would last more than 6 months. I don't over wash, dry or use fabric softners like advised. Anyone else have this happen?? Kind of a joke when you walk in looking for a new outfit and the sales people are standing behind the computer. Mo one came up to help or ask if we needed something.
