Cinnabon — Restaurant in Janesville

Service was terrible. 2 cinnamon rolls in the tray, person in front of me took both. I was told it would take 15 minutes to make more. I decided to buy a 4 pack. I asked for a cup of the pecan bun topping. It states on the menu a cup of pecan bun sauce is .99. I got charged .99 for a cup of pecans, .99 for a cup of one sauce and .99 for a cup of another sauce. I was so confused as to why it states its one price and I'm getting 3 cups for .99 each. The person waiting on us stated she wanted to get it right because her manager was close by and her manager has had a bad day. Then the Janesville police came in wanting to speak with the employee. She left me at the counter to call her boss over. Her boss out loud said I can't help right now. The employee continued to nervously get my things together. I'm not taking any digs at this particular location as I'm pretty sure that the product is the same at all Cinnabon stores, but I can't lie and say that I wasn't really disappointed. The single employee that was there when we stopped was nice, though. I drove 20 minutes to this store as a treat for my cinnamon roll loving son and paid $15+ for 3 half hard, half soft cinnamon rolls. It was difficult to even cut through the outer portion before getting to the center, and that was for all 3, not just 1. Cinnabon, in general, used to be GREAT! The cinnamon rolls were phenomenal, always ooey gooey goodness with loads of melty frosting, but it's definitely not that way anymore.. The last 2 locations that I've been to over the past 6 years have been a major letdown, and these 2 locations were 2 hours from each other. Very disappointed, brought home a 4pack of Cinnabon, spend nearly $20, and there was a hair 5 inches long embedded in a roll. Also, I tried various times at asking the person behind the counter to give me cinnabons with no icing or very little icing, or on the side (because I noticed that they were just out of the oven, and I do not like the icing, it just seems too much for me). Always very rude at telling me they have boxes already out and buy those, as they have a recipe and they will not accommodate any special requests. Will not buy from this location again.
