Pre-ordered online and had a specific time scheduled to pick up my product. After arriving at the scheduled time, i waited for 25 minutes and then I finally heard my name being called. My turn to go through the door on the left ( the door on the right was for (V.I.P's) only. Who I learned had to pay a $15 fee per month and then I wouldn't have to wait in line. So I go through the left door and upon paying I notice that they are charging me an additional $3 for using my debit card to pay. This is the exact reason I quit going to Shanri La (the other dispensary in Jefferson City)!! I think the taxes I am being charged are already too much. Then you greedy dispensary owners cant help it! Since you have to pay taxes on debit purchases you figure out a way to make the consumer pay the tax for you. Your website mentions nothing about this $3 charge for using debit. That's why I initially decided to try this place out. What a joke. I should rate it lower honestly. I asked for live resin and instead I received sugar and when I came back to ask if they would do anything about it after talking with four people the manager was rude and told me that I wasn't educated on live resin when I kindly explained that I had plenty of experience with live resin and that's why I was searching for a premium high quality live resin. I explained that I simply didn't receive what I had asked for and wanted them to either Exchange or do something to compensate me she told me that I asked for the wrong thing and when I explained that I asked for something specific she said that all she could offer was an apology so I decided to take my business elsewhere because they are obviously not willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers when they make a mistake, nor are they educated like they would like to think they are on their products and the non-manager behind the counter even told me that she wasn't familiar with concentrates nor her area of expertise. Read moreI've been to Missouri Health and Wellness 4 times in the past 2 weeks, the most recent visit being last night. The first two experiences were phenomenal--from the calm, spacious waiting room and the cool red head with a great sense of humor that checked us in to the extremely helpful and fun budtenders. The third visit was great until 3 employees had a very inappropriate conversation that made me uncomfortable--which is difficult to do, I'm rarely offended and not the type to impulsively post angry reviews. Last night's fourth visit followed suit--seemless until we were checking out. I quietly asked the woman assisting us a question and her answer was very sharp, her tone was rude, and her demeanor was very standoffish and defensive. I was taken aback and thought maybe she was simply having a rough night and would realize how she came off and smooth it over but she didn't.
