The wife and I wanted to do lunch here on July 6,2020 .
What a disappointment. We ordered Crepes, mine Vegan, hers was regular with meat. Thinly sliced Tofu fried into the crepe, and ONLY bean sprouts. Mine was probably higher-priced,I don't know.
This was not in the menu: Copied from online text...
#17 Crepes Stuffed with fried tofu and bean sprouts and served with house made vegan chili sauce. My menu said "VEGETABLES".
I did not research online as I am doing now...
For the main course,I had this:
#25 Stir Fried Noodles Pan fried thick pho noodles and vegetables. Meat choices: shrimp, beef, chicken or squid.
No pictures to represent food choices here...
Okay, sounds authentic, right? Well, the noodles looked deep-fried and probably the size of my hand.
Viet Cuisine usually means noodles, right? Gets better-vegetables were HUGE chunks of Authentic Viet Veg such as Broccoli,Cauliflower,Carrot,Celery,Onion Tops and probably some other ingredient, but by this time my disgust factor was off the scale.
We ended the meal by walking out. No apologies by the owner for using Western Veg, or how the menus did not ACCURATELY describe the meal. I hope all the Best for this Owner, but something needs to be turned around.
We have dined in Several PHO shops in Arkansas,Illinois and Missouri, always going for the Mom-and-Pop places.
Edited:After reading the Online Menu,I do not recommend much from here. Some inconsistencies:
GF optional Spring Roll? Which part of a regular spring roll is "G"? The rice noodle or rice paper wrap?
Owner tried to pass off salad on Vegan Crepe plate as the "Vegetables",as described in the House Menu.
The Online Menus leave off the Salad included on some plates.
On the brighter side, Try the PHO,and BOBA Tea- Durian is my...

Original: What a delightful addition to the local restaurant scene. The inside of the establishment is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and provide prompt service. We arrived on a busy evening right before Christmas. The restaurant was quite busy but we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. The beef pho was hot and delicious. It really hit the spot on a cold night! I had the mango boba tea was also very good. The family at the next table had banh mi sandwiches and it was hard not to stare because they looked so good. We will definitely be going back to this restaurant. (I recommend the beef pho over the chicken. I usually love chicken pho but this one had bones and skin in it which I found...
Read moreCustomer service is dry and unfriendly. The young dude at the register was young and spoke English but he was blah. The lady who delivered our food (very quickly) was nice but couldn't speak English. The phone was ringing off the hook but she couldn't help. The dining room has been remodeled and is now clean, open, modern, and relaxing.
The bowl of pho was delicious, the broth was clean and hot, but it was $15! Sadly, some of the herbal leaves were black & wilted. My bowl of grilled pork and noodles was killer but it was also $15. 2 fried egg rolls were $6, delish, but pricey AF.
Traditionally, a bowl of pho is supposed to be a rather cheap bowl of hot soup w/veggies and noodles. I know that prices for everything has exploded but damn.
Unfortunately, this will be more of a special night out instead of dropping in a couple...
