My fiancé and I were on a 5.5 hour long trip and made a quick stop to get food. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant visit. For reference it was not busy what so ever, it was around 4pm on a Monday (04/21/25) and there were 6 customers total in the store and they had around 10 employees. Service- service was slow, they were not polite at all, they were actually quite rude and acted like you were stupid and got annoyed when you made a quick change of adding another thing of chips and queso to your order. Cleanliness- The store was honestly filthy and I asked my fiancé if he wanted to go somewhere else because of it. The sneeze guard had stuff smeared all over it, there was food flung all over the place at the station, the food containers had other ingredients in them from not being careful. I see that as a pretty big allergen problem. The gloves the employees were wearing looked pretty nasty like they hadn’t been changing them out regularly. I had soggy rice on the bottom of my bowl from them not cleaning their station up. Food- I got a bowl with white rice, carnitas meat, sour cream, queso and pico. It was cold, none of it was even slightly warm, not the meat, rice or queso like it’s meant to be. My order of chips and queso were meh, queso was cold and really thick and chips were going stale. My fiancé got a bowl with rice, pinto beans, honey chicken, guacamole and queso as well as a side of chips and queso. We waited about 10 minutes for the honey chicken because they were out completely, bonus of this is his bowl was nice and warm because of the fresh off the grill meat, it was actually pretty good. The meat did warm the rest of it up when it got mixed together so he actually quite enjoyed his bowl. His chips were also going stale and he didn’t want his queso because it was cold. Price range- overall for two bowls and two orders of chips and queso we ended up paying right around $36 total. I was pleased to get out of the store and was just happy to have food because I hadn’t eaten that day and was hungry. Definitely know I will never be going back when we are down...

The burritos tasted great, but they weren't wrapped well and were falling apart. When you have to eat it with a knife and a fork something has gone wrong. The employee who checked us out was not helpful and a tad rude. She asked me if my wife's burrito was double chicken because it was so huge. I told her no and she turned around and asked the employee who made it and he said no. Guess she didn't trust me. Then I tried paying with my card using the tap feature and it wasn't working. She told me to insert the card which I did for the chip reader. It didn't work. She told me to turn the card around which made no sense as the chip would not be in the machine, but I did it anyway. When it didn't work, she looked at me and said well, you have to turn the card so the chip is inserted in the reader. Hmm...so I told her that was the way I had it the first time when she told me to flip it. So I tried it again and it still didn't work so I had to swipe my card. Food is paid for now sans the very not helpful employee. My kids decide they want to eat outside as it is evening and not as hot. We go outside to the seating area. It was apparent that no cleaning had been done as there was still food remnants on most of the tables. There were chairs scattered all over and some laying down which could have been a tripping hazard. One of the umbrellas was out of its holder and laying upside down. At the time we came, there was only one or two other people in the restaurant already eating and one person in line behind us. Staff probably had time to straighten and clean better. I give 3 stars for the quality of the food ingredients. The rest left much...

— This was my first visit to this Chipotle, Mexican Restaurant in Jefferson City, IL, and I ventured in with my friends eager for a delightful lunch. While the ambiance impressed with its superb design, the overall experience didn't quite meet our expectations.
— I enjoyed the generous portions of my chicken bowl for quantity! The ingredients - chicken, white rice, beans, guacamole, pepper & onions, and sauce were all of good quality and fresh. However, the overall taste didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was decent, but I was hoping for something more flavorful. Perhaps offering different spice levels or additional topping options could enhance the taste experience.
The nacho chips were a different story! Loved the crispy texture but the hot sauce didn't quite complement them for me. Offering different dipping options might cater to diverse preferences.
— The costs were moderate which is always appreciated. Additionally, the service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient.
— Overall Although the flavor profile of my specific dish wasn't what I expected, I still had a positive experience at your restaurant. The ambiance, service, quality ingredients, and generous portions were all fantastic. With a few tweaks to the menu options and flavor profiles, I could see myself returning for another try!
Thank you so...
