Amazing! It starts with taking a leap. I should have started my journey over a year ago when i first came across Crossfit Unstoppable but i was intimidated and felt i couldnt afford it. Covid has shown me i needed to invest in myself and my health and so should you. Crossfit Unstoppable trainers are with you every step of the way. They take the time to help you with form and scale the workout to fit where you are today with a little extra push. At Crossfit Unstoppable your not paying for a gym membership your paying for a community filled with amazing people who accept you for where you are today and encourage you to push yourself. At other gyms you wont see someone pushing themselves to max and yet encouraging you at the same time. You wont get have an environment where everyone fits in and is accepted but be prepared your peers, the community will stand with u, and cheer you and encourage you as u complete what u felt was impossible. But wait thats not all.....yep! There is Nutritionists there as well. Your body will not work without the proper #nutrition Feed it well if you dont know how schedule appointments with one of Crossfit Unstoppable Nutritionists! They are awesome! Ok i know long review but im long winded what can i say. There is just so much good about this place i should have taken the personal leap...

I drop into CrossFit Unstoppable while traveling to Jefferson City for work and I cannot say enough good things about this gym! This gym has a very welcoming, incredibly supportive and motivating community. The coaches are top-notch—they’re knowledgeable, hands-on, and take the time to make sure each person is performing movements safely and correctly, no matter their fitness level.

The workouts are challenging as well as scalable, so whether you’re a seasoned in crossfit or just a beginner, you’ll find a way to push yourself and improve. This was helpful for me as I have a nagging injury that prevents certain movements.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need to get the most out of your workouts and they even have a shower/changing room.

Based on my experience with various gyms around the country, what really sets this place apart is the community. The members are friendly, encouraging, and there’s a amount of camaraderie. Everyone cheers each other on, and that energy really helps especially during the 5am class.

I have two little ones and knew I had to start taking care of my own fitness and health needs in order to keep up with them. That's when I decided to check out CrossFit Unstoppable and have really never heard of CrossFit before. It's an all over body workout and never monotonous. The difference between CFU and the normal gym is the exercises are pre-planned, the other members are there cheering you on offering guidance and support and the coaches are incredible!
