El Taconazo Restaurant - El Original #1 — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I always order and send my son to pick up the order they always forget something its my sons fault for not cueckimg hut hes 13 and doesn't really know how to check. How ever they should make sure they put wvery item they charge for in the bag!!! I ordered four quesadillas and a taco dinner. I ordered some grilled onions and I forgot to put the grilled onions and I forgot to put one of the quesadillas. I called the waitress in the evening said that she was gonna make a note and put my name down so when I go order the next time they could give me what they were missing in this order because I told them we had already started eating and I wasn’t gonna get out and walk all the way to the restaurant to pick up what they forgot since they forgot it and it was their fault so then like a week goes by and I order something else and I tell him hey last time they forgot a quesadilla and some grilled onions gonna have a matter to this order and the lady said she was in the waitress who took the order and she didn’t forget anything so she wasn’t gonna add it to my order and I was like well she said she was going to let everybody know so that they could put it in my next order and she said no I should be speaking to the lady who took the order who made the mistake and she didn’t make the mistake then I was upset and I hung up the phone and I walked to the place and I told him what happened and I told him also that is not the first time it happens and then some other lady, I don’t know if she’s the wife of the owner or a manager she said no she wasn’t gonna give me anything. I was missing because I should be taking it out on the waitress who make the mistake and not on everyone and at that point I just picked up my food and I left. I will not be returning because it’s not the first time they forget something I am a busy person. That’s why I order takeout when I don’t have time to cook. I work a lot and sometimes I don’t want to have the energy to cook when I get home so I just order food and they’re stealing at this point they forget which was like $10 and then order of grilled onions which is like 34 dollars and imagine if they forget 13 $14 every time you order and I’ve spent over $1500 just this year alone in this place because he’s closing my house and because I like the taste and even the manager or owners wife can’t even take responsibility for her...

The only reason why this pace is even getting stars is because the food here is pretty decent. I’ve been going here since I was in high school and my friend Monica’s family owned it. Now the staff here is just rude as ever. When you call in to make a takeout order they make you wait 7-10 mins while you can hear them serving other customers. Then when you go pick up your food they have a rude attitude with you cause of the experience on the phone. There might be 1 or 2 staff members here who are nice but every time I go, especially for takeout they have just such a nasty attitude. Can’t even ask for condiments without getting an eyeroll. We come here and spend money with you at your business and for us to be treated with such disgust is not right by any means. Hopefully you can have a staff meeting and go back to the drawing board...

Do not come here! Don’t come here if you are part of the LGBTQ/ Not a liar. I Had a server with blond hair gives us the lowest service at any restaurant when I wanted to pay my bill she saw me from behind the counter and took her sweet time to come and ring me up. The only reason why this treatment happened was that the server figured out the person i was with was my boyfriend. Another time my boyfriend order takeout and the server that's an older women with crooked drawn eyebrows going opposite ways accused my boyfriend of lying and ordering a tostada when he wanted a torta and gave him a dirty look. I know that old women must have a hard time hearing because on top of that the second torta came with...
