I gave the tamales another try unfortunately disappointed once again. A dozen costs now $27. I don't mind paying for them, but the tamal is mostly masa, hardly any sauce /meat in them. Extremely dry, not like they used to be. Higher prices with lower quality don't make sense. 😔 Miss the good old tamales they used to make..

The Rajas had such a bitter taste and were flavorless. The Rajas were rock hard. I miss your mom making the Tamales. Since it's became the store I have seen how the flavor has changed so much.
