Called today 01/19/2024 at 1:20 pm Tuesday, Joshua answered the phone, was inquiring about bday cakes then he hung up on me. I called right back and spoke to Myra she said she was mgr. Explained that Joshua hung up on and asked why, her response he doesn't speak or understand English. I said that's no excuse, he could have said hold on to get an English speaking person. It can be a hit or miss at different locations! But the cashier Lizbeth was amazing smiling the whole time and an amazing one if I may add and even the others asked if I was being helped which I was!!...
