Ordered via the PJs website (pizza, cinnamon dessert thing, and a 2L of ROOT BEER). Pizza was on time and hot, BUT they sent a 2L of Pepsi…which I am not a fan of. So, I asked the driver (DoorDasher) and he was like ‘that’s what they gave me shrug’ So I called the store and an extremely rude, dismissive woman answered the phone and when I asked about the Root Beer, she was like ‘Out of Root Beer, so we sent Pepsi.’ I just don’t understand why they didn’t call and give me some sort of option. She offered to put a credit for a future order, but after her dismissive attitude and the driver begging for a tip before the food was even finished cooking (I selected a 20% tip when I paid, but I guess he couldn’t see that), I said I wouldn’t be eating here again and she hung up on me.

I checked the other stoops orders sometimes get placed and nothing. Walked entire complex and found no pizza. Called the store to tell them it was never delivered and was connected with a rude, less than helpful manager. Driver claims he called my cell at delivery (which is a lie) and handed the pizza to a woman at the residence (which was not possible), which meant there was nothing that could be done. I called and got someone across the country. They stated they can not track it there so they will call the restaurant and call back. I get a call back saying the restaurant thought delivery.com was sending a driver not them using their own. He stated the restaurant would deliver in five minutes. 20 minutes later I get a cold pizza. This about two hours after I first ordered. I called the restaurant directly stating I want a refund.
