LA MICHOACANA ICE CREAM SHOP — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

So I send my son to order Doritos with everything in it prepared it’s so delicious but the lady who took order made a mistake and put cheese in Doritos and I seen her making it from my car so I come in store to tell her I’m sorry but that’s not what I want I begin to explain what it was and she comes out very angry with a bad attitude rude and unprofessional saying oh well you guys have to take this now because the ones you want are called Dorilocos but I didn’t know the name for them nor did my son so we clearly explain what it was we wanted in English and Spanish! And we apologized for any inconvenience. She still insisted we had no choice but to purchase what she had in hand.The service was horrible not kind not gentle not professional. More like she didn’t care about customer service or what we desired. Went inside this place, it was just me and another lady ordering ahead of me.. i went to where the yogurts are to see the flavors.. then another lady came in 4 mins later.. when the employee finished dispatching the lady who was originally infront of me.. the employee asked who was first.. (me or the lay who came in last) i said “ME”.. the employee asked “did you make line?” She said that with an attitude in spanish. First of all... theres no sign that says LINE STARTS HERE. Second.. the lady KNEW i was next Third, Place was empty.. its not like it was crowded like usual.

Zero stars would be more accurately, my first time going to this place, There was me and this other lady so I went straight to the front, people started coming after me so when it was my turn the lady chewed me up and scolded me for not forming a line where “they say your supposed to” I mean put up a damn sign that tells people where they’re supposed to start the damn line...That’s what happens when these little shops have people that didn’t even finish school and they have no manners nor know how to talk to customers.
