Absolutely ridiculous. Called a few months ago to make an appointment but was told I had to be vaccinated annoying but OK whatever. Called again recently to make an appointment because I am now vaccinated and was told I cannot unless I am vaccinated and I must have the booster shot as well even if I don’t need/even qualify for it. No one else is requiring you to have the booster shot in addition to being fully vaccinated. I had a wonderful experience! Extra care was taken to keep the office sterile. Teri is thoughtful and patience. She took every possible precaution to prevent a potential spread of COVID, including a temperature check, hand sanitation, and a mask requirement when talking. She even opened all the doors for me! Teri took the time to explain the electrolysis procedure and process. She even explained some common health related causes for hair growth and recommended I talk with my doctor. Recently had a facial and saw Giovanna and she was amazing! Very sweet and attentive and when you've had a long day at work, getting that special treatment is much needed.
