I never thought I would be writing a review regarding my nails. But I do want people to know this shop has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen or experienced!!! My mom used to get her nails done here all the time and at one point I did as well when I lived nearby. I finally decided to join my mom in getting our nails done since I haven't got them done since having my baby. The wait was very long and I didn't recognize anyone but the owner and she was very busy. My mom did her nails with someone different since the owner had others before us. My mom asked the same guy to do my nails since she knew we were pressed for time. I left unhappy and tried my best to look past my nails not fully covered in the ends or near my cuticles. Walking out they looked like they would need a fill in. I paid for a fullset gel no chip and a pedicure. My pedicure was very pretty but my nails looked terrible after 3 days. I called and spoke with Tracy, she told me to come in not to worry. I explained I live in the suburbs and during the week will be difficult with my kids and work. She said not to worry come in anytime. I finally made it in and literally the moment I arrived with my mom, mind you three of her nails fell off in less than a week. The owner completely had attitude! She didn't like that I told her I was unhappy and she begin to make a scene in front of all her customers along with her husband. Both continued to say it wasn't there problem that I came a week later!! even when I told them I called days before to explain and was told not a problem. Granted I couldn't make it in sooner. They should know better than to treat customer's badly and in a rude manner let alone argue with their customer's!!! Its a shame they have no class. Nor do they know how to deal with unhappy customers. I would never go back to this place. As for others I would spend my money elsewhere!!! I'm pretty sure there's great shops near with...

We went in on Monday February 1st, I needed a simple fill in and a new design, and my daughter just needed a manicure and a simple design, we waited patiently for our turn, when it was out turn we explained to the lady what design my daughter wanted, she proceeded to try and convince us on a simpler design which consisted only of butterfly stickers because on her own words it was easier, we didn’t think much of it and agreed since we understand not everyone can free hand a nail design, after choosing a base color the lady stated it was ugly and that my daughter should pick a different color, I explained to her that we weren’t asking for an opinion and that the color wasn’t negotiable, she was disappointed but proceeded with her manicure, when it was my turn the lady was awesome, i didn’t catch her name but her lamp had the name “Tina”, she re-shaped my nails and did an amazing job with the fill-in, when I showed her the design she agreed to do it with the exception of the glitter on them since this was not a new set, all was good till she started painting them, mind you the design I showed her was all matte which she completely ignored till I reminded her and even after I did she only did 2 of them matte, after I noticed only 2 were matte I reminded her again to which she replied “glossy is more beautiful” and ignored me while proceeding to paint them glossy, the nails had a little diamond design which I clearly said I wanted, she proceeded to do this as she pleased and ignored the design they had, out of those 2nails on each hand with diamonds only 3 of them matched and the 4th it’s a completely different Design which makes no sense and it doesn’t match at all, the butterflies she chose look nothing like the 1s I wanted and they look randomly placed on my finger nail which does not look cute, I love this place but this time was really disappointing especially if I got charged 45$ for a...

I used to go here all the time in high school and I stopped. However, the same lady that had seen me in those years was still working there. She is the first person on the right side. I came back after so long because I went about a month ago previously to this time and I really liked the way my nails were. I came again which was yesterday. I honestly had an awesome day and this place completely changed my whole day!!!! I was asking questions like do you guys do designs, ombré, and other things because it has been so long. They said no to designs and instead of saying why they don’t they just kept saying no as if they just didn’t want to do it. Since I used to come here for so many years I assumed they still did. I could tell they were getting annoyed and as the lady in the right side of the first chair claimed she is the manager she was very rude. She and another girl who did my feet were talking about me in another language. I got mad to the point that I said I don’t appreciate you guys talking in a different language and for all I know it’s about me. Once the girl finished my toes the lady on the right side first chair took care of me for my manicure no chip and she did a horrible job on my nails to the point I shouldn’t have paid!!! She made me bleed and was very rough!!!! She never put a clear code before the color and when I told her wait don’t you clean the nail polish on the skin cause it looked sloppy she said no it comes off on its own. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE THEY DONT CLEAN THE NAIL POLISH OFF YOUR SKIN!!!! It’s something all nail salon do to leave it nice and clean!!!!!
