Seeing as I used to work at Claires I don’t understand why me saying I know the deals already to the lady who was telling me promos when I walked in was any reason to fight back with me and argue. I wanted to take my little sister to get her ears pierced for back to school and the girl copped an attitude and got up and yelled at me and my little sister as well. Not friendly place anymore much less a safe environment for your children if you want to take them shopping with a good experience. We will not be visiting Claire’s again, completely lost my business as well as the rest of my family. Cannot believe the fact that the lady even put her hand in my 11 year old little sisters face. Yes they’re expensive like other reviewers said, but that’s the price I chose to pay so this review isn’t based on the price. The girl piercing was extremely rude for no reason, like I was doing an awful thing of piercing my daughters ears. Whatever. Anyways the earring came out 2 days later, without her touching them. I called to see if they’d replace. Same rude girl said they wouldn’t. I called back to speak to a manager and she said they won’t replace unless I had bother earrings, like why would I need replacing if I had them both? Claire’s in Athens said they’d replace and repierce free of charge, and they didn’t even get paid to do it. Long story short, make the drive to Athens. Nicer people and better...

I highly recommend this claire's! SUPER SWEET STAFF! All of these workers, especially the brunette girl. Every time I come here they are ALL so helpful & accommodating even if you call on the phone she will look to see if there's a stuffed animal to your liking one you might be looking for in particular. Thanks to these wonderful professional ladies i've got something I can snuggle with now! A mewaii! I also recently bought my nose ring & some earrings! The laid back vibe in here and the products, jewelry, stuffed animals, etc! Hands down the best products...
