This store is literally a joke and seriously needs new Management. My son received a game for Christmas from family member and never been open when I tried to return it the employee said because it was still in plastic we could have stolen it and when I asked to speak to manager he called her,and she had a attitude because he called her while she was off.And when I asked to speak with the district manager he said her name was Kat and the store manager told her do not give me that info and all I asked was for her email and she refused so how else am I suppose to get a hold of district if manager is refusing because she was bothered. When I was purchasing some items, I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program. I was not informed that it was $14.99. I did not realize this charge until I got home. I called corporate, and the lady I spoke to was an extremely helpful, caring agent, and she told me to take the receipt back to the store to get a refund. She told me to have the manager call them if there was an issue. When I went to the store, the clerk/manager, seemed to be extremely annoyed that I wanted a refund.
