EPIC FAILURE, period. Waited 11 minutes before I had to wave someone down to get our waitress. Our sweet waitress, Taylor was amazing at trying to correct ALL problems we encountered. We ordered drinks and food all at the same time. Salads came out before drinks. Salads were actually correct, well 2 out of the 3 salads. Moving on, main course, this is the EPiC journey of our experience...only one plate of food was correct, and their steak was extremely tough. Next plate, salad had blue cheese, requested no blue cheese. I finally went and got the manager, Jessica. Final plate ordered a baked sweet potato loaded, and was brought out a Irish baked potato loaded. Sent “sweet” potato back, and the manager brought out a sweet baked potato with Irish baked potato toppings (scallions, sour cream, butter, bacon bits (I personally do not eat those toppings on a sweet potato)). I told the manager potato was not sweet because of Irish potato toppings, she argued and said it was a sweet potato. I grabbed the potato up and tore it apart with my hands, okay it was a sweet potato BUT! It still had the Irish potato toppings, so I kinda was wrong in thinking it was a Irish potato, the toppings threw me off. But first of all, please do not ever argue with a customer, ever. Wow. Just wow. So anyway, they finally brought out the salad without blue cheese. Forgot salad dressing, and the knife that came out on the salad plate had been used. OMG! I can’t even. Who used this knife? By the time my food was corrected, the knife was dirty, and the slight argument from manager, I was livid and not even hungry. Thank you for the memorable dining experience. The manager came back over to say she had been in the food industry for 22 years, and working at this particular Longhorn for 2 year...manager said this was the biggest EiPC failure she had ever had happen...the manager did comp our entire bill, u think??? We did cash in on the free dessert that we were offered, the manager apologized, and our bill was taken care of. It was the least they could...
Read moreVery pleased with the food and service here. Arrived at about 645 on a Thursday. The parking lot looked crowded, but the center aisle tables were empty. I was concerned we'd have a long wait for food. The hostess seated the group before us and promptly returned and asked us where we wanted to be seated, at a high table or booth. We took a booth and I ordered the 6oz renegade sirloin cooked medium, a side cup of shrimp lobster chowder, and a side of asparagus. Drinks came out promptly, Nicole was an adept waitress and asked us if me and my father wanted our side soups and his side salad out first. We didn't wait long for them, but Nicole brought out bread and butter for us in the meantime. The sides came, and I'm used to a reduced-sodium diet, so the chowder was crazy salty to me, but otherwise good. My dad didn't like his French onion soup, but enjoyed the large amount of cheese on it. Our meat came out promptly after we finished those sides. Everything was cooked as ordered, the meat was mouthwatering and didn't need a sauce to ruin it. Perfect. Not too salty, either! I was impressed with my asparagus. Normally restaurants skimp on the portion and cook until limp. This was a lot of large, gingerly cooked, fresh asparagus. The ends weren't all cut off, and it could have used maybe 30-60 more seconds of cook time, but it was tasty and again needed no alterations to seasoning. I think we finished our meal by 7:20. I was shocked by how quickly everything went, and we were too full for dessert. Delicious, and I most definitely recommend a visit here. Nicole was the best waitress I've had anywhere in a long time. Thank you for your intuitive service, you helped us have an excellent time!

Read moreI recently had the unfortunate luck and broke down in Commerce GA. While I was waiting to get my truck fixed I noticed the Longhorn across the street. I decided to walk over there and get some dinner. I sat at the bar that evening and was greeted by a very bubbly waitress. I liked her right off the bat. She was very nice and took my order and was right back with my drink and the salad that came with my meal. I ordered a small sirloin cooked med.rare.When my steak came, I cut into it and it was over cooked for about a minute. It was still very tasty and liked every bite. While I was eating, the waitress came by and asked If I was enjoying my meal. I informed her that I was, but the steak was just a touch over cooked. She promptly asked if I wanted it replaced and I told her that it was fine and that It wasn't a problem. A few minuets later, the manager came out and also asked if I liked my meal. I told him the same thing I told the waitress and it wasn't a problem. Later when i was finished I asked the waitress for my bill. She then informed me that my bill was taken care of because my steak was overcooked. I told her that I totally enjoyed my meal and that wasn't necessary. She told me that it was already done and to have a great night. I almost felt guilty, so I left her a big tip and left. I would totally recommend dinning at this location. My meal was great and I plan on returning the next time I get through there. Thanks to the employees at this location for a...
