Boot Barn — Local services in Jefferson

Went in there two weeks ago. Paid almost 200 for a pair of boots for my wife. We paid and left. My wife wore the boots out to dinner when a friend pointed out the boots were different boots. She immediately took them off. By that time the place was closed. We brought the boots back hoping to make this right because they sold us two different boots. The design is so similar we had to study them side by side to see the difference. I spoke to the manager, first when I asked to speak to his supervisor, his response was "that would be me". So I asked if he owned it, he responded with no, the owners are in California. End of story, they refused to give a refund or the matching boot to us. The boots are still brand new and my wife will never wear them. This is a Class A act of what a business should not be like. If this was the store policy, shouldn't the manager be checking boots to make sure they are the same before you walk out? Also, BOOTS ETCETERA IS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD if you are looking for a better company to deal with. We spoke to customer service "800" number once the manager refused to resolve the issue. Now two weeks after we called and spoke to c/s we still have no resolve. This is a trash company to deal with. Pics to prove our experience.

My family and I recently visited the boot barn in Commerce for the first time. My children immediately fell in love with this place. My mother in law called prior to our arrival in which we live hours away, but really needed on specific brand and type of boots for my son. Hunter was awesome and kind. was excited for them to open after seeing how nice they fixed up the old ryan's building. it looks nice but came in to look for a pair of ariats for my son and sad to say I was disappointed. most of the boots they sell are not name brands and are cheaply made for the price. They advritise having lots of ariat online but there were not many at all. not to mention no one was of any help. i will keep spending my money at the local boot...
