Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Jena

The tractor supply in Jena, LA is one of the worst i have ever been to. For starters my husband worked for the company for a year. Used to be at the Farmerville, LA location but we moved so he transferred to Jena, LA. His one year comes up and he put in for his vacation because I am going on deployment for the company i work for and the acting manager Sarah Ainsworth denied it. Said his missed too many days. The proceeds to cut his full time hours by more than half. Where he was getting close to 30 was now getting less that 14 hours every week. Had to quit because we could not afford the gas for him to travel an hour to and from for a 12 hour paycheck. The customer service is crap and when you need help you have to sit and wait for someone to find someone else that can help you because they refuse to wear their theatro communicators while in the store like company policy says. I dont know about anyone else but having to wait 30 minutes because they cant find each other is a bit ridiculous. Things run sooo much better at the Farmerville, LA store. Would give less than one star but google...
