Foot Locker — Local services in Jersey City

I came into store and was not greeted .As I'm looking for sneakers for me and my daughters no one came to help assist for about 5 minutes. One girl came over and I damn near had to get in her face to get her to see I need help. She then helped me soon after .my girls sneakers didn't fit she disappeared to the back . Then on register didn't even come back to see if everything was okay. One tall man stood by the mens sections and watched me for about 3 minutes staring and still didn't come assist. One lady who worked there had to get between me and another guy she said excuse me put the item back she had and proceeded to walk away still no help. They have horrible customer service. Do not waste your time trying to get any exclusive sneakers here the whole staff needs to be fired people here abuse there power and unless u know someone in here you will not get a fair chance to purchase the sneakers , the staff here resells sneakers to re sellers and there friend and they buy the sneaker with there discount before they re sell so the sneaker we are willing to buy for about 200$ are being bought by the employees at like 130$ then they keep/sell the sneakers we are going crazy to get a million percent sure of this , not fair , luckily I know people and could probly get it if I want it any way (managers are aware they are the main masterminds) the phone...

I visited this Foot Locker three times. Each time there were enough about 3 other costumers and just ONE employee. The first two times I left after waiting 20 mins just to ask for my size. So, I went back a third time with more time to spare since there aren't any other sneaker store around. On the third try I waited my turn for 30 mins! And when the employee went to the back for my size he took another 10. Brought back shoes for the other three but didn't have my size. 40 mins and a total waste of time.
