Coffee Beanery — Restaurant in Jersey City

I'm from Seattle, so finding coffee I enjoy is rare and exciting. This has been one of my favorite coffee drinks on the east coast thus far! (I got the iced white chocolate mocha) On the topic of customer service, the gentlemen working there was extremely helpful and quick when I was ordering. Later, I returned to the coffee stand looking for an important receipt I thought I had left behind, and he dug through his trash for me to help me find it, coffee grounds and all. He also THOROUGHLY washed his hands afterwards! Lol so no worries to those who came after me. But either way, customer service is SO so important to me, and if I could, I would give this place a 6/5 stars! When I thanked him for all the help, he smiled big and told me "any time" and I can honestly say I believe him! Support...

Coffee is good but the girl is rude and super disrespectful. My dad politely asked for sugar to be added to his coffee. She snapped at him saying - “Don’t open the cup, I don’t want a mess”. Who is she to assume that he would make a mess. When I confronted her, she raised her voice telling me not to start a fight. We asked for an extra cup as the coffee was very hot- she said she would charge me for the cup. Like one extra cup ! Prejudiced and racist ! I hope the management...

Holy cow, THIS PLACE IS UNDERRATED!! From the coffee's rich and tasty quality, down to the unexpectedly good deserts, this place deserves more recognition! The hot chocolate is over-the-top in just enough sugar, while also maintaining a creamy and joyous flavor. Made me feel like a kid again. The owner (Khalid) is a very respectful and hard working man, who's drink making skills are just WOW! If you ever come down to Hudson mall, give this place a try!...
