Dr. Borghini is very compassionate physician with what she does. The downfall is her medical assistant thinking that they know how to triage the patient and which one needs urgent attention and not. As a patient i seek the doctor help for my illness and she prescribe a medication that I believe interact with my other meds. Called the office they said physician is busy i briefly explain what i need and the medical assistant said obviously if you have difficulty breathing stop taking it. Problem is how will you stop a medication if it helps with the condition. How can a medical assistant assess you over the phone without notifying the doctor. She might think the condition is not that important when maybe its a severe problem. Medical assistant should be more mindful when giving their opinions to patients and assessing the severity of each patient condition. Their physician might end up with malpractice just because they categorize a patients condition on what they believe its not that important and the patient end up in the hospital. Just...

My partner and I have so many positive things to say about Doctor Margarita and her staff, that there would not be enough space here. We have been attending Dr. Margarita's office in Jersey City for about two years and we are here to stay, because for years we were looking for a health professional who truly and genuinely cared about her patients and showed empathy for them. A health professional who would love her profession more than money, and who would do everything possible to resolve the medical situation of her patients. Doctor Margarita is just that health professional we were looking for for so long. In each visit to her office or through video consultations, Doctor Margarita shows her genuine and sincere empathy, and concern, for our state of health, and always has a solution, and provides us with the correct medications to alleviate and resolve any health situation. The actual work of the doctor was not an issue for me, the disaster comes from the AWFUL job the secretaries do. Sarah has been wasting my time since December 1st, 2023. It's January 22, 2024. I've been calling, sending e-mails and NO resolution has come from all the inquiries. This is part of my USCIS filing which very important and is already stressful enough. The last time I contacted them was today, about my self-paid laboratory bill that I sent on Tuesday of last week (about the same issue that I had since DECEMBER FIRST) and the answer I was given is that I still have to wait and there is nothing I can do.
