When people say they want a fairy-tale wedding it seems hard to fathom but I will tell you that our wedding was just that! Unfortunately, it is one day and that day goes so much quicker than you could ever imagine, having a wonderful photographer to capture each beautiful moments is crucial. I remember friends telling me to have a relative or friend take pictures so I could save money but I chose to go with my gut and hire a professional photographer. I am so glad that I used my good senses and used Christopher Kayfield as he went above and beyond what we could have ever dreamed. Each picture was masterfully taken to capture the thrill of the day. He was extremely professional with our friends and family along with the restrictions that we had at the venue. These beautiful still frames will be with us for the rest of our lives and for that we owe so much to Christopher. I also wanted to mention the fact that Christopher is very interactive with you all the way up until the day of the event. He has a beautiful template that he sends you so that you can give him the details of the day. Then he makes sure that the day flows perfectly and he is very quick to adjust the schedule if need be. In case you were looking for a less than totally satisfied review- this is a decoy. As a professional hair stylist and makeup artist I have worked with Chris a few times and have to say all his 5 star reviews are earned. Chris goes above and beyond while on set. I worked with him one on one and for a one-man-show he handled the dramatic lighting changes, a hectic model schedule, me being picky and pretty much no breaks with professionalism and laidback energy. The best part was that at the end of each shoot I had exactly the shots I wanted, done in a single day, no compromises and a few shots came out better than I could have wanted! (He doesn't mind if you're picky, in fact having some idea of what you want makes the shoot go so much smoother). Christopher is AMAZING!! I had this large empty wall area above my bed. I really wanted to fill it with a picture of the beach- but not one of those boring beach pictures you buy at the store. I wanted MY beach- Long Beach Island. So, I commissioned Christopher. When we spoke- he asked me great questions (as I wasn’t 100% sure of what I wanted exactly). But, he eventually got a general theme of what I wanted out of me (the entrance to the beach with fencing, and some foliage if possible to add color-maybe even an bird?). He even asked me what time of day I liked best at the beach. All of this was a VERY tall order. BUT- HE DID IT!! He showed me a bunch of options he had taken (it was so hard to choose!).
