The food here in general is not oily and because of that, it is healthier, which is why we like coming here, not to mention because they are also delicious. Food is close to how nanay cooked it. Almost anyway. So that is another reason why we come here. You pay at the end of your meal and the service is really good. There is alot of meat selection, however I would add to please make more vegetable variety as there is usually only one veggie dish present. Place is not that big and its adequate for what they do, however during busy times tables can be hard to get so get there early on weekends My advise for those getting the to go order, to never get the entree separate order, always get the combo with the rice because its cheaper than getting two entree to go without the rice. The difference is $4 more. It doesn't make any sense but that's how they do it

Loved the palabok! It is probably one of their specials. Ang daming ulam na pwede pagpilian. Maybe next time, gotta try the others.

A lovely small Filipino restaurant serving the local community, please note it is cash only. Completely true to form and identical to the food I had when I was in Manila. Comfortable, kind, with remarkably delicious and fresh food. I tried the Tapa and Daeng na bangus as a big breakfast with calamansi juice. Entirely deserving of all 5 stars, and I'll be returning any time I'm in the area. Parking lot is available in front of the restaurant.

Ordered here to go for the first time. I usually just eat in since i go to Hudson County Community College. I didn't know that they put their combo in one container, both entrees and rice together. I don't mind that but i tried to ask nicely if they can put it all separately in small containers because i won't eat them anytime soon and I have a long way home (just like how ALL OTHER Filipino restaurants put their combo entrees in small j-cup containers). Then, I was kind of given an attitude. The guy said that I should've ordered small entrees separately instead. So I said, "Wala pa po kasing rice yun. Pero okay lang po, lagay nyo nalang po kung paano nyo talaga nilalagay." But I overheard him talking in the background to the other workers saying, "Mejo me pagkaloka loka (Not exact words, or something around "may problema ata sa utak")." Well Kuya, kayo po me pagka bastos. Okay lang po sakin yung di nyo iseparate yung entrees pero hindi po okay na mang okray kayo ng patalikod, ni hindi nga po ako nagsalita ng anything rude kasi no big deal talga. Pero ang lakas pa po ng boses nyo. I know hindi po kawalan, pero you just lost a customer. In fact, I will let my family and friends know too. Thank you po! (Meron pang isang Kuya na nagwowork dito, but I'm talking about yung Kuyang Maitim, yung parang may...

Our visit to Little Quiapo on Sunday, 5 Janurary 2025, is unfrotunately disappointing. I do my best to leave positive reviews but I feel this has to be said for those who are looking to go here - especially travelers like us who are deciding between restaurants.

The food was ok but what resonated with my family was their customer service. The guy named Joe was quite rude. He forgot to write down a dish that we ordered, was delivering a plate to our table that wasn't ours (insisting we ordered it). He then proceeded to try and leave it at the other 5 tables (they have 6) and when it came to paying - he raised his voice because we said we wanted to see our bill before they ran it to see if they're billing us for the one dish. 2 of their staff whispered their apologies. I don't think everyone there was like him. We weren't the only table that had difficulties that morning.

The palabok was a much better than Red Ribbon's but everything else was unremarkable. We ordered big breakfast of beef tapa, sisig, palabok and sago gulaman. They gave the gulaman for free for the inconvenience. On a Sunday morning, sago gulaman was the only dessert item they had of the 3-4 that were listed. Not going back...

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!! The employees are super rude and unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone at 2:30 pm with a male employee. He took the order and told me it would be ready. I drove 30 minutes to get here for no reason. As soon as I got there an older lady very rude and nasty promptly told me we are closed and kept repeating herself as if I didn’t understand English. I explained I placed an order over the phone and I am here to pick up and she repeatedly said we’re closed. Then I expressed I spoke to a male employee over the phone and I stated my order. He then came from the back and stated he tried to call me back but there was not a way to contact me. So I drove all this way for no reason at all. He acknowledged that I did in fact make the but did not even attempt to fix the problem. Telling a paying customer you are closed after an order was placed . So unprofessional. Don’t go here and don’t give this place your money. Not worth the rudeness the attitude and I professionalism. Online hours are not accurate....
