I’m extremely disappointed with this location if I can give zero stars I would. The morning shift is phenomenal. Seems like that is the only time you get fresh food, and they have food in the building. The Night Shift is terrible. The food is always stale. You wait 15 to 20 minutes for fresh food and then when you get it, they still give you old food making it seem like they have made fresh food for you. They are always out of sides. They are always stating that they’re waiting for inventory to receive packages for sauces, and juice! The music choice is extremely disrespectful is full of cursing and disrespectful slur in the lobby so you’re here throughout the drive-through as well. When asking for a side oh we only have fries forgot to make the others. Like really. Not only was the chicken old it was so much dry blood in the chicken. When call they will not pick up!! Just extremely disappointed with the Night Shift. Please do better before you kill someone and stop wasting others time when they’re paying their hard earned money. just be honest at the beginning and it will save both the hassle from actually ordering food from you guys. Read moreWent through the drive through at 7 pm tonight and the recording came on when I pulled up asking if I’d like to try the flounder fish sandwich and I thought; yes, that sounds good so I agreed and ordered it. Then an employee came over the speaker and said “I’m sorry but we’re out of fish tonight..” Disappointed, I ordered the 8 piece chicken, large side and biscuits. The employee then responds and says, my apologies but we are out of French fries and macaroni…so I’m thinking it’s only 7 pm and you’re out of French fries?! At any rate, I ordered a large red beans and added a Diet Coke and a Strawberry drink. Again, The employee says… I’m sorry, we’re out of Strawberry soda. Now, I’m thinking surely they’re kidding. But no, they weren’t. Upon finalizing my order, they asked if I wanted spicy or mild chicken - I said spicy; and guess what?? The employee comes back over the speaker and says, I’m sorry we only have 2 spicy legs left! At this point I’m thinking surely I’m being pranked right because this can NOT be happening at Popeyes Chicken! Well… they were also out of spicy chicken. I literally called before I went to this specific location to see if they could make this specific order that I wanted. The specific order that I wanted was an 11pc chicken only, all legs and wings spicy. They proceed to tell me over the phone that to come to the location place the order in the drive thru and they will have it ready for me. Mind you before coming I repeatedly asked them if that was okay to do and they repeatedly said to come to the location and order in the drive thru and they will have it ready for me. So I pull up to this location and place the order as told also informed them that I was the one who called about this order.
