Mary's Little Shop of Flowers — Local services in Jersey Village

We had such a horrible experience with Mary‘s Little Shop of Flowers. Last year we placed an order to be delivered ON February 14th. The roses (which looked awful compared to the year prior) were delivered a day earlier than requested. When we reached out they gave an excuse that they had too many orders to deliver for the 14th so they took it upon themselves to deliver a day earlier. What is the point of Valentine roses if they are delivered NOT on Valentines. We were offered a refund but needed to return the roses, we drove an hour to return them, took half a day off of work, just for them not to be there and not to refund us the full amount, we got a partial refund but returned the product in full and in perfect condition. If anything we should of been reimbursed for the long drive and hours we lost from work. This experience was awful. Please save your money and order...

This place was an absolute joke. I tried to order flowers for my Grandma's 90th birthday. They never showed up. There was no communication from anyone that they were running late nor any care. Then when I tried to reach them, they put me to voicemail. It was one of the worst experiences ever for flowers. The guy Mike or Michael who works there gave me the worst customer service as well. He had attitude in his voice and said things like, well most of our customers know Monday has the possibility of running late. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We love this company! My son made a big order mistake. They were quick to respond to us and fix the problem. The flowers were beautiful and ready so fast. I would recommend this company to anyone for any occasion. The customer service is 10 stars and 3 thumbs up, they put their customers before their pocket books. Customer service like this is unheard of. They really want happy customers and they go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with their service. I wish I had them for my wedding!
