YA'S Partners Corporation — Local services in Jersey Village

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE (YA'S Partners...)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS. ESTAFADORES. My Niece did pay to Yamil Sanmartin (Owner/Paralegal) to prepare and send/file to USCIS her asylum case on last November 2024 and She did pay 1 full payment for this service. After two months my niece asked Yamil for the USCIS-notice receipt of her case that was believed it was sent to USCIS on November. It was strange after two months my niece did not get at least the notice that USCIS has her case filed. Why this delay? and Yamil's answer was always "we have not yet received it" it was suspicious. when you send mail via USPS to USCIS they will send a notice back when they receive the form. it may take a week or few but not 2 months. We all went with my niece to this office to ask for the proof that they sent this case to USCIS, and Yamil did not have on hand the proof and couldn't demonstrate to us they did submit my niece's case to USCIS. They did not want to go to USCIS to check if they receive this case. She said later that she sent this case to USCIS on January instead of November. She lied to my niece in several occasions. WE have called USCIS Customer Services to find out that YAMIL-YAS Partners NEVER SUBMIT this case to USCIS.. There is nothing there. YAS PARTNERS SCAMMER. Stay away if you don't want to loose your money. The Owner (Yamil) refund back the money to my niece since she couldn't keep this lie.

Senores, mi sobrina tramito su caso de asilo politico con esta oficina (YAS Partner) y la atendio Yamil Sanmartin quien es la duena y la paralegal. Le cobro a mi sobrina por este tramite y despues de casi 4 meses de preguntarles y preguntarles por pruebas de que enviaron el caso a USCIS, hoy dia y confirmado por USCIS Customer Services, el caso de mi sobrina NUNCA lo enviaron pero si le cobraron a mi sobrina. USCIS NO TIENE ESTE CASO. YAS Partners son un desastre de oficina y estafadores. Tengan Cuidado. Aqui confirmo lo que digo y me hago responsable de este comentario porque TENEMOS LAS PRUEBAS de esta mala practica por parte de esta oficina. Asegurense de pedir pruebas cuando paguen por...

Me parece lamentable tener que dar una estrella para comentar, este es el peor sitio para tramitar papeles le pagué en noviembre para que me ayudara con un caso de asilo y nunca envió mi caso a uscis, si quieres que te deporten este es el sitio indicado, cero profesionalismo, la peor experiencia del mundo en este lugar no te dan pruebas ni te dan respuesta sobre el trámite; gracias a esta gente me toca salir del país así que no lo recomiendo en...

Malisima experiencia, hoy hacen dos meses que mande un paquete y aun no ha llegado.
