Krystal — Restaurant in Jesup

I go here quite often depending on what time of day you go id depending on what kind if food you receive.. i use to be a mgr for Krystals years ago in hinesville ga. I just went through and ordee the 5 krystals n chili cheese fries med drink the bread on the krystals was so hard on the corners almost like it had been nuked in microwave.The lady that took my order was very short with me which i think is very ryde her hair was blonde in front with black pony tail .. my meal was 10.03 when i worked at krystal we put our buns on grill to steam them . Seems Krystals is just going downhill im pretty sure the one that took my order is the mngr..In this day and time i dont have $10. Just to give away especially since i ordered food that was disqusting. No matter what the case be when you work at a food restaurant show some pride dont give someone food they oay for that you yourself wouldnt eat.. at this krystals in Jesup ga this happens more often than not.. i dont think expecting my food to be fresh is too much to ask ..KRYSTALS IN JESUP GA DO...

Crooks...We ordered food online for that location on Nov 2nd at 5:23pm for $45.12 which was a bunch of Krystal burgers to feed a family in need. When we arrived the door was locked and a note on door that said be back in 30mins. We waited around..no employees..Since we had already let the family in need know to be ready for food and they were hungry, we had to quickly run to McDonald's and spend almost $50 there..We have yet to see our money back, but not do to a lack of trying. There is no Corporate person to talk to. You have to fill out a form for them to call you when they feel like it. Were still waiting. I will remove my review if they ever do some honest management. Until then, keep in mind, there is no return given in the store if you order either online or through the App, if there is no employees there to make your food or they are out...

Food is decent if you can get served… Every time I’ve ever tried to go to this drive thru at night, I’m told cash only! I finally asked someone at the register what the issue was, and they blamed it on their system being down the days it rains. I tested this theory the following two nights on 100% clear days and I was still told CASH ONLY. They are so unenthusiastic about their jobs. When you pull up to the speaker, they are so monotone and always repeat the same items they never have. They also refuse to make tea at night once they’ve ran out and I don’t mean at closing hours… this has been as early at 8pm. I’ve worked in food service and a good way to easily get out of working is to mention your system being down and only having cash services due to the majority of people no longer carrying cash. I wish this place would get...
