We purchased a beef pack from there and it was terrible. The roast was old with more bone, gristle, rib pieces and fat then meat. The "brisket" stew meat was just bone in rib ends mostly fat, bone and gristle. The 2 lbs of hamburger was all water and fat. I can and ended up with about 1 1/4 pints of hamburger, 4 pints of beef and 3 pints of chicken, for $ 60, SO...

My husband loved Rick’s Meat. When he was no longer able to drive, he would call an order in for me to pick up later that day. I continue doing that today. Rick’s meat is the only meat I will eat.
