I took off today to go renew my license and had a couple other things to take care of. I finished everything and decided to get my haircut. I’ve been wanting to get layers cut in it for a while. I was a walk in and this woman had no customers at the moment. While waiting on her, I had this gut feeling to walk away and not go through with it. I ignored it, because I don’t like to hurt feelings or like confrontation. I told her I wanted layers. She told me my hair was too fine to swoop like the pic I showed her. My hair has never been fine. I really liked the length of my hair and wanted long layers. She said doing a razor cut would give me the look I wanted. So I said ok. She used a comb instead of a brush and pulled and tugged my hair. Then yanked and pulled my hair with the razor. It hurt! I told her. She said the razor must be getting dull. I’m almost done. She looked like an amateur cutting my hair. She did not style it either. My hair is naturally curly and I walked out of there with frizzy hair and my long hair about 4 inches shorter!! 😭I made it look better when I got home, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t ignore your gut! Getting my hair done is something I look forward to and it is usually relaxing. I don’t get to go very often. I would like to edit my post. Corporate reached out to me with an explanation which I understand. Still unacceptable but in these times commonly unavoidable. However, I was able to get my hair cut. It was done by Jessica and she was amazing! She did a great job, was very friendly, took her time, and I enjoyed my experience with her. I will use her from now on if at all possible.

I have used them several times for hair cuts and have had an overall good experience. My only issue at the moment is online it says they open at 9 but are not open and there is not an hours sign posted. This needs to be fixed!

I am editing my post because they actually open at 10, even though online it says 9, and whoever the staff opening at 10 is supposed to be is over 20 minutes late at this point! I understand being short staffed but that is no excuse for being late and making paying...

Words cannot express how horrible the experience was in getting a haircut from this salon. It started how rugged the combing of my hair was from the start, then the stylist asked, “Does it hurt?” I answered yes and yet she continued combing my hair roughly. Then the haircut. It was a simple layered cut below the shoulder I requested but then she has cut out to the point that my hair got really short. When I said it should’ve been longer than how she cut because I need it in a ponytail for work, she shouted 2x, “I have asked you if you wanted it about this length” I cannot even decently tie my hair up.
