Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Jesup

Went to the (Jesup) location yesterday the 21st of September to have a few propane tanks filled and purchase an additional tank and get it filled. The employee “Mark” who filled the tanks started to talk to my son like he was complete trash when my son moved the tanks back so “mark” could get the stuff set up. “Mark” proceeds to talk to him like he’s trash and stupid. I say to my son don’t worry about it some on must have pissed in his Cheerios. Then he starts on me with some dumb stuff I try to keep my cool. I go inside to pay ask who this guy is and ask if the store manager is available. I was told the store manager was off and I left my number to have the store manager call me. Guess what I had to call looking for the store manager and she had the same attitude as “mark” asking me what can she do for me to make it right. I said I don’t want anything he shouldn’t talk to customers like that and again she said so what can I do for you. I politely said nothing and said I will just contact corporate about this matter and her response ok since I can’t do anything about it never tried to apologize for his actions or say she will talk to him about how he speaks to customers. I really hope the owner reads this one. Well I guess it’s time to contact corporate now won’t ever do business with this...

I was finishing up an 8 month remodel on my house. I had purchased a wind chime that I loved. When I got it hung, I realized I needed another for the opposite side of my entryway to my porch for it to be perfect. So I went back and they were on clearance and sold out of the one I needed. I searched high and low at all the nearest Tractor Supply stores and couldn't find one. In the end, I did find one in Hazelhurst, which was too far of a drive. A woman from the Jesup store drove all the way to Hazelhurst on her shift to pick up this wind chime for me! Now I have matching on my porch! Thank you for going out...

Great personality (cashier). Stock on the shelves was a mess making it difficult to find items. Alway limited stock on Pork Chomps Bacon dog bones, which I find consistent with most Tractor Supply. I suppose they are very popular knowing that dogs can't digest "rawhide". Great specials around the store on many items (tools, boots, clothing, etc). Stop by Tractor Supply in Jesup where I'm confident that if you don't find exactly what you're looking for, you will find something else you've been wanting. Tks...
