I don’t have an issue with any of the products that are sold here. However, when we bought our mattress we were told it would be 7-10 days for it to get in. It’s been 20 days and our mattress is still not in. I called last weekend and was told we had no ETA. I called again today and was told it would be another 7-10 days…and business days to 2 weeks. IF it’s even on that truck. If we even get it then, that’s putting us over a month we’ve waited to get the mattress. I’m a pretty patient person so it’s not even the timeframe as much as the way it’s been handled. If I was told it would take 2 months at the time of purchase and agreed to that, I wouldn’t be complaining. I understand delays and not everything being on time but I don’t understand how it has been that off. 7-10 days versus 5 weeks is a huge difference; more than double. And at this point I don't even trust that it will be here then and am worried we will never get it and just keep getting the run around. We were offered no concessions for this either. My husband and I can’t even share a bed until this arrives. I have other furniture littering my hallway waiting for it to arrive that I purchased specifically with the timeframe given in mind. If I was told the correct time I could have waited on the other furniture and not be in this mess. And we’re having a baby in less than 2 months. Let’s hope it at least arrives by then. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a mattress here again. Again, it’s not the timeframe I’m upset about, it’s about not being told upfront the correct expectations as it’s thrown everything off.
Update I called their 800 number versus the store and was told that there is a shortage with the brand we ordered and it’s causing delays as they are catching up. Ok! Finally an explanation! I don’t know why this wasn’t relayed to us by the store. Again, I’m a pretty patient person but it’s so frustrating when the reps just keep pushing you out with no explanations or assurances. Just be upfront and be honest with expectations and customers wouldn’t get so frustrated! Fingers crossed this mattress eventually makes...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about Denver mattress and the sales associates that work there.we bought a purple four about a week and a half ago and not only was Mr Smith I believe his first name was Will, very knowledgeable about all the brands we were interested in, he was able to give us specifics about the different mattress models based on our personal goals for purchasing a new mattress. When we decided on the purple he also was sure to go over all of terms and conditions as far as your sleep guarantee and returning the mattress if that were to be necessary as well as discussed the importance of the sheets specifically for the purple and how it would impact the feel of the mattress and potentially our satisfaction. When we were getting ready to check out the computer systems crashed across multiple Denver mattress locations and it was the last day of the no interest 5 years and he assured us that when the computers came back up that he would make sure and get that sale in so that we would not miss out on the 10% or the no interest. And that he would touch base with us after that was done and he did everything and more that he promised. Lastly I have reached out through chat several times to track the shipping for the mattress and he has responded in an expeditious manner every time. I'm going to pick up the mattress today and I just wanted to Express my satisfaction with Denver mattress and in specifically Mr Smith. Customer service is sorely lacking today across all fields and industries and when someone does that well of a job I believe that it's the customers opportunity to really express their gratitude and satisfaction and also to make the company aware. I believe the company has a responsibility to show their partner employees how blessed they are to have this caliber of person working with them. Thanks Denver mattress + and the awesome,...
Read moreOver all 5 stars, but this most recent incident was let's just say embarrassing and humiliating. About 10 years ago we bought two twin extra long adjustable beds in which the mattresses had 10 years warranty on them. This was a major factor in buying them there. The first one they warrantied after about 4-5 years with no questions or incidents. This last one was in its 9th year and they did replace it also, but made me feel very bewildered and humiliated from the first person I talked to over the phone to the guys working the dock. They kept going on and on about how nasty and dirty the old 9 year old mattress was. I admit I never used a mattress protector and from 6 feet away you'd been hard pressed finding any stains. But if you zoomed in through photos yeah you could find faults. The dock worker didn't even see it till I asked him if he wanted to check the tag to make sure the tag and paperwork matched. He bent down to confirm the tag then put his glasses on then commented about how this 9 year old mattress was so nasty and dirty and he needed to take pictures. I gritted my teeth thinking let's go to your house and pull the cover's off your bed and let's compare. From the first contact to the last they made me feel that if I lived in a $800,000 house instead of a $80, 000 double wide and drove a $80,000 f250 instead of a $8,000 minivan I would have not gotten looked down over their glasses. Over all I'm not going to let a couple guys that came from horse and and a donkey affect the me doing business there of affect the way I look and treat the other staff. Speaking of which we did do some shopping afterwards and the floor staff were very courteous and professional. I will spend more money there, but I'll keep this situation in the...
