Still Waters Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Gray

What a breath of fresh air! Literally. Thanks for bringing back the normalcy! Just like others I'm sure, we will exclusively visit this cafe when we're around and want a coffee stop. Like most people we know, we don't frequent businesses that will boss people and force us to wear a face diaper like a loon while ordering, just to take it off when we sit down to chat and sip a latte. So I really appreciate the common sense practiced by the awesome owners at Still Waters Coffee and the fact that they operate by state LAW, principals of the U.S Constitution, and the elected Governors orders, instead of operating by the fringe opinions of fear driven people who are perfectly welcome to stay home and make their own latte if freedom scares them. Thank you, Still Waters Coffee for giving this community the space and peace to breath freely with NO anxiety of an unconstitutional confrontation when walking into your shop. Its so wonderful to see peoples un-muzzled smiling faces again :) joyful conversation flowing freely. Cheers to keeping bad politics out of great coffee! Your roasts are delicious! This is a FANTASTIC coffeehouse!! Best thing to happen to Gray, TN in a long time. The coffee is wonderful, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the employees are some of my favorite people, with great hearts and love for what they do. They also love their community and everyone who walks through the door.

One of the best features of this coffeehouse, for families specifically, is the kids area!!! I've never gone to a coffee shop with a kids area, it is amazing as a mom to let my kids play while I sip on a cup of coffee.

MOST importantly though, their coffee is simply superb. It does not taste like hot chocolate with sugar in it... watered down coffee... or just a horrible cup of coffee, like so many people sadly experience so often at other restaurants... Still Waters makes sure their coffee will taste the best it possibly can, and it truly does.

EDIT: It's so ironic that you had the time to make all those excuses about your business hours, after hours. 99% of small businesses are able to provide correct hours of service, that's far from expecting perfection: it's the bare minimum. You have to consider how frustrating it was for the multiple unrelated parties in front of your shop today, making very long drives and going out of their way to be YOUR patron instead of Starbucks, to find closed doors and different hours posted. You're right, this review isn't about the coffee, but it is 100% about the service. There was none when you claimed to be available. You capitalized "Small Business" like a badge of honor, yet you bring shame to the rest of us. I'm sure your coffee is delicious, it looks amazing. Would have...
