I was so very impressed with the ladies and gentlemen working the lunch time on a Sunday, and anyone who has worked with the public knows that often Sundays are toughest to deal.
For some reason the ap was not working correctly, and as there were a little more complicated than just ordering something like a whopper just as it comes. I had been trying to put on the info before hand. I often get reminded of my being "old" when I sometimes can't to get my tech to work.
The help the cashiers and the manager. Stood at the counter and helped me without eye rolls or snippiness all of us too often we do to each other. Think many of us have forgotten simple politeness and respect for another person. I am humbled and thankful for all help that I received. So I am honestly hoping someone else will see this simple review with a thanks to my fellow human beings who went out of their way to help a fellow human being. I do hope my review is ACTUALLY read. In our confusing and tense environment, a kind word, helping someone trying balance a toddler and other things (yep been there find that) could go far. Respect was what I received from the young ladies and gentlemen who worked in this burger King was breath of fresh air and I am grateful. I thank them. 😊

Read moreWell when we got there the door was locked but there were people in their setting and they weren't going to let us in until another employee came and let us see it and then one of the ladies behind the counter started being very rude to the person who is coming in to be a cashier and she was literally tossing things and slamming them very unprofessional and rude to her and the lady told her that she was sorry for letting us in even though she shouldn't have been it was during business hours there was I get they only had three people back there I completely understand that but it wasn't fair to let some people in and not all the people we left because we felt so uncomfortable there. We was going to stay and eat him but after that lady started acting like that we're like nope we'll leave. I almost didn't even order food just cuz how rude that lady was. We all apologize to the cashier for how rude and unprofessional that lady was being to her. I hope she's not a manager if she behaves like that. that is very unprofessional but she probably is given how she was acting. I can honestly say I probably will never go back there and if I do it'll be a very long time. And I hope they train their employees and managers to act polite or to each other and the customers...
Read moreWe came in about 9:30. There were 5 of us and we ordered over $30 worth of food At a few minutes after 10:00 my daughter went up to order ice cream for her little girl. The snotty girl said, too late, I can't even ring it up. We knew that was a lie because the drive up was going full blast and sending ice cream out the window. We ask if they couldn't ring it up over there and she started off about she wasn't getting fired over ice cream and got really hateful with us. Another really sweet girl who had only worked there 5 days said she would get it for us and went to the drive up to ring it up, all the while this other "employee" was throwing a fit and threatening to quit! I hope the manager set her straight on how to talk to customers and chill on the DRAMA. We eat here quite a bit and the food is almost always really good and the employees nice.
