I'd probably give a negative if I could. 9-20 ,11:05. I walk into a homeless guy sleeping at a table with his feet up. I see that there's one person behind the counter preparing some sandwiches so I headed to the bathroom to wash my hands. As I come back out she says it's going to be a minute. There's no one else in the building other than me and the homeless guy sleeping. I stood there for a few minutes but seemed like I was being ignored. I understand that people call in their orders, but when you have somebody that comes in the door you'd think that they would get a little bit more priority than a sandwich that's going to sit there for a customer that that is not there yet. This is not the first time I've gone to this location and got in a sandwich but I will tell you it will be the last. The last time it did not leave a review figured it was just a fluke but the sandwich sucked they didn't make it the way I asked, they also messed up on family sandwiches as well. Where are the standards and priorities today it seems like everybody has just thrown them out the window. I always try to give a location a second chance but when the service sucks twice it's clear that no one cares. Read moreUpdate: since it's been awhile I decided to try this location again. The girl working yesterday was really nice. Had everything we wanted. She was fast and friendly. Might only go in the day time before 5 or 6 pm seems to be when the nice people are there. ......................................................................... I've went three 3 times. Just to give them the benefit of the doubt. 1st time I went there... me and wife both got sandwiches toasted.... they were both cold. 2nd time me, wife, and our friend ordered.... they messed them all up. 3rd time I ordered through the app.... for me and my wife.... the app said my order was ready. We got in the car went to go get it.... sat there for 20minutes after the time it said it was ready. Waited for one person to make 5 people's orders. Because the second the one thought it better to clean the floors then to help clear the lobby. Plus they didn't have all of order. So they had to refund half of it. Will not go this...

So I'm a college student who's on a very tight budget and for the first time in a while I decided to treat myself: wrong choice. I mobile order my food around 7:15 and am told it will be ready by 7:35. Cool, that's fine with me. So I get there at 7:30 and they haven't even begun to make my sandwich, and when they tell me it will be a few minutes they then begin making people's sandwiches who WALKED IN AFTER ME. Another guy had a mobile order, and he ended up having to yell at the workers for them to start his sandwich, which they had nothing he wanted. The guy finally leaves, and my mother had to walk and tell them to start making mine because she drove me and was pissed she'd been waiting for over 30 minutes in the car.
