China Luck Buffet — Restaurant in Gray

It's actually unfortunate that I have to write a bad review for them because their food is not awful, but their customer service absolutely is. If you order Chow Mein from this restaurant, please know that it is actually Chop Suey. I've eaten from multiple Chinese restaurants across MULTIPLE states and this is the first restaurant I've come across that states Chow Mein and Chop Suey are the same thing, especially when they have TWO SEPARATE ITEMS that you can order on their menu. Because they have NO descriptions of what their menu items are, they will not want to give you a refund for the item. They want you to pay full price for a replacement item, even if you bring the item untouched back to them. (in my case, my husband picked up our order on the way home and he had no idea what my meal was supposed to look like). They stated that me ordering Chow Mein not realizing it is basically Chop Suey was user error. Please tell me how it can be user error if the user knows the item to be one thing but your restaurant actually serves something completely different for said item AND YOU HAVE 2 SEPARATE ITEMS ON THE MENU FOR EACH ITEM you claim are the same thing?! I've included a screenshot of what it looks like when you place an order where it clearly shows that they show Chow Mein and Chop Suey to be different items that can be ordered. When getting the replacement item, they also charged my husband for Shrimp Lo Mein, but gave me Vegetable Lo Mein ($1 less item). I had them refund this as it seemed they tried to nickle and dime him. Due to this attempted switch/bait and losing 11.95 for the Chop Suey they claim is also Chow Mein, I will not...

I was warmly greeted upon entry, in fact, one of the children there held the door open for me.

I had several questions about the menu and all were pleasantly answered. I ended up ordering a quart 🍲 of hot and sour soup 🌶, large cashew chicken, large sweet and sour chicken🐔, and chef special General chicken 🐔. Total with tax was just over $40.

They offer a senior discount which shows they respect their elders. 🌟 I'll be requesting that discount someday, but not yet.

I was offered a chair 💺 to wait for my to go order or to wait in my car 🚗. After taking a few photos 📷 I waited in my car. About 11 minutes later my food was brought out in a perfectly packed box 📦. I strapped it securely in the passenger seat.

I would give no stars if I could.Horrible service. Food tastes like rubber. restaurant was alil busy when we got there nothing to crazy. By the time we left we was the only ones there and I still had to ask for a refill. My son who is autistic and he DID NOT eat anything from the buffet. Only me and my mom ate and they charged my son and when I asked the server why she charged my son she said "well if you dont pay for it, I have too." Okayyy.. my son didnt eat anything so why are you charging me and she didn't say anything else. So I paid the tab and she didnt get a tip simple as that. No wonder yall are hiring. ILL NEVER GO...
