I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent visit to this location on March 9th, 2025, around 9 AM left me really disappointed. I had picked up a White Chocolate Mocha, but when I got home, I realized it tasted more bitter than usual. I called the store and spoke with a very friendly staff member who assured me they could remake it with no problem. I was polite and wasn’t complaining—just wanted to see if I could get the drink fixed.
When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my remade drink, the experience took a turn for the worse. The barista who handed me my drink was extremely rude. I smiled and genuinely thanked her, saying, "Thank you very much," but she just gave me a snooty look, completely stone-faced, and didn’t say a word back. It was as if she was annoyed that I even came back. Everyone in my car noticed her attitude, and it was completely uncalled for—especially considering the store wasn’t even busy.
I didn’t catch her name, but management should definitely say something to her. She was a very thin girl with dark hair, black cat-eye eyeliner, and lash extensions. Her attitude was unacceptable, and employees like this create a negative experience for customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks before. I was very polite the entire time, so there was no reason for this kind of behavior. It honestly makes me not want to return to this location. If customer service like this is a regular occurrence, I’d suggest management step in and remind their employees that kindness and professionalism...
Read moreThe manager had recently snapped on me for no good reason. I work in customer service too but it would be nice to receive good service in the same way I provide good service to others. The cashier never asked for my name but there was only one other customer in the store. I ordered a drink and food. Well they sat my exact food order on the counter and it had no name on it. I grabbed it then waited for my drink. Well eventually I saw what looked like my drink just sitting on the counter. No one said anything. After waiting a minute I realized it was my drink. I order something specific and when I read the cup it showed my specific drink. As I reached for it, the manager stopped and scolded me. Saying “excuse me”? Then I told her it was my drink and the cashier never asked for my name. Then she said “how do you know it’s yours then”? I said “ well there’s only one other person here and they didn’t order this. I said “what’s the problem”? As she turned around and ignored me I asked what her name was. Then she proceeded to ignore me. I said “I shouldn’t be treated like this”. Then she ran to the back. All I wanted was an apology. It was rude and uncalled for. I see the manager sometimes and still wish for that apology. Like I said, I work in in customer service, and even if I feel the customer is wrong, I still don’t treat...
Read moreUpdated Review: Gave this location a second chance when I noticed they were open much later than usual as I watched cars go through the drive-thru before pulling in due to past experiences and they have improved tremendously! Still only 3 stars because the staff still seem to be hit or miss, several are very friendly but a few have a clear attitude that isn’t acceptable in a service industry job but it is awesome to see they are open more and accommodating to customers!
Original Review: DO NOT waste your time and money at this location! Waited 10 minutes in a drive thru line only to be told they had just closed and were no longer serving even though the car in front of me was just served and then after informing them I’ve been waiting in line, they reply will “well I’ve been here since 6”, clearly horrible customer service. Called to speak with the manager and she could care less also, according to them they have no way to stop the traffic in the drive thru when in fact I know other locations struggling with the same ‘staff shortages’ and they put a sign out to indicate the drive thru is closed. Don’t waste your time with this location, you never know if you’ll actually be able to order a coffee or not, Very upsetting that they allow this business practice and type of...
