Update 2: I'm done with this location. I just stopped in two hours before close, the floor was filled with water, none of the topping looked fresh, he scraped the side of the tin to get the rice out because there was hardly anything in it and hardly any made it to the burrito. Everything had a skin on it. None of the toppings were at the counter they were all sitting behind on another counter out of view. Everything looked like a mess. A big pile of rugs in the doorway. I thought maybe they closed early on Sundays because it was such a mess. It wasn't until I saw they door they are open until the same time seven days a week. Waste of $10. Went nextdoor to Jersey Mikes and got a sub instead I was so disgusted. Won't be back.
Update: My experience was much better after my recent visit! The burrito was rolled perfectly, the online order was ready on time and the staff polite and friendly. Much different experience than my previous visits. It seems they're being responsive to the reviews here and making corrections. Really good customer service!

Original Review: This place must be having trouble finding, keeping people, and training people. The last two times my burrito tore as they were wrapping it, which is odd because the amount of filling keeps going down.
So they had to double wrap the burrito. This last time I asked for it to be double wrapped and the guy making it single wrapped it and tore it. The last few times they haven't tightly rolled the burrito and this time was so bad they gave me a bowl and a fork. I guess I should have gotten a burrito bowl.
Much better than Chipotle food wise, but someone needs to do a better job of training. The one down 94 in Occonomowoc is fantastic. It just seems to be this location.
Other than that everyone is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and there usually isn't much of a wait. And they're open late which is a bonus!

Read moreI order from my local Qdoba at least twice a month. I ordered the same thing every time which is a chicken protein bowl modified. I’m writing this review because more often than not the bowl is about 1/2 empty when I even ask for extra ingredients. I’m very busy and don’t have time to run back to the restaurant to remedy or ask for the bowl to be corrected. I just did a pick up order. The bowl was 2/3 empty with three pieces of fajita pepper when I always get extra fajita peppers. Im spending the time to mention this because this is probably a 50-50 thing with this location and it’s really frustrating when I spend my money on some food and I don’t get the regular portion size.
I know what that is because I order it every time and it’s been fantastic half of the time. I only get the actual normal size portion when I go into the restaurant and they make it.
I called the store and talked to a young man who said it depends on what I order in the bowl where the quantity would be different. I said I understand but I order this item all the time. He apologized and that was it. No type of typical business rectification or next meal compensation or anything. I also didn’t receive the side of chips that come with the bowl, they’re usually pretty good about that. I’m just really frustrated and irritated by the fact that I’m looking forward to a lunch during my very busy day which then doesn’t meet the basic expectation. Read moreNormally a fine place to eat in at, however, we ordered catering from them for New Year's Eve party. I don't live in the area and this was the closest store location to pick up from. We chose a pickup time right when they opened. The cold items and chips were ready and waiting. They just needed to pack the hot items. We get the items and head out. As I arrive home, 40 minutes away, I get a phone call from the store saying they forgot half of our meat. Not having ordered from them for catering purposes before, we didn't know what to look for as far as to check if our order was correct. We just assumed it would be.
I drive back to the store again and get the meat. The guy that gave me the meat wouldn't even look me in the eye and I got a very meek and quick apology.
40 minutes down and 40 minutes back for the remaining half of the meat, and then once we start setting up the buffet, we discover they also forgot our pinto beans. We split the order 50/50 for black and pinto beans and there were no pinto beans. Wasn't worth a phone call, as I wasn't going to drive back again for a 3rd time. Over 2.5 hours in the car and $300+.
