I ordered some items recently from Curvy-Plus Boutique, and while the clothes were beautiful, they didn't fit as expected. I was under the impression that their policy, which stated "30 day return policy", allowed for returns and refunds. However, that isn't their policy. You can only EXCHANGE, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. That wasn't on their Facebook page anywhere, just the 30 day return policy. When I left a comment about it, saying it was misleading, they began to attack me publicly on social media. I realize they do have their policy about no refunds listed on their website under FAQ, but I am giving them one star because of their rude attitude towards me and their unwillingness to work with me in any way. They ended up deleting all the comments and blocking me. Now, I can't even communicate with them. All I want is my money back. Most places that you order from online allow you to return items you're unhappy with for a full refund. please just be aware that if you order something, you can't return it and get your money back. Read moreI will never shop from them again, I needed a refund and the store refused, I had planned to make a fairly big purchase in the future but that is awful customer service I had a gift card and needed grocery money, and they wouldn't even let me trade it with someone in the store. I am in the middle of transition between jobs right now, I needed the money, I had planned to buy quite a bit of clothes for women in need but now I promise I will take my business elsewhere because what business tells you that you can't trade a gift for money with a willing person who wanted to buy since they don't so refunds. Read moreI really like curvy boutique I’ve bought quite a few things from here and I know they do not do refunds but today I placed an order before I got home to open the other items I ordered only to realize I ordered the same item I just got in the mail I called the number and told them what happened and the lady said I had to get a store credit … now I understand if it was already ready shipped or it had left the warehouse but my order is still processing and they still wouldn’t just cancel it I prob will not order from them again they keep jacking up prices for not so great quality clothes and then aren’t willing to work with you ….
