Burger King — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I had order a whopper meals of 5 orders without pickle I told the man Dwyane i had a food allergy to dill no pickles and when I got to my vehicle I checked and I could smell the pickles I brought it back in told him what had happened he got mad snagged the bags from my hands he told someone in the back just take the pickle off he said then he brings back the bags and said here's your items u order I said politely sir I want to speak with the manager he told me no they weren't there I said sir im not gonna argue with you I will call ur district manager and report you for what you have done to me he said said fine with an attitude and he went in and redone my order the right way and came back and here's your order and shoved the bags down on the counter to me didn't say...

Went to Burger King on caraway tonight and their broiler was down. I was a little bummed because we had already paid and I didn’t want to wait. However one of the workers named Jason kept us updated on our food. He came out to our car and talked to us. He gave us a couple of coupons and even upgraded our meal since the issue was with BK not us. He was super polite, professional, and apologetic. With everything that’s going on with this world it’s easy to complain and be negative when things don’t go right. What a horrible experience! The restrooms were filthy. Dirt and whatever, caked onto the floor. One lady had to clean the toilet seat to even use it. Trash overflowed into the floor in nearly every can. Our food sat on the counter for 10 minutes while we waited on fries. Our food was served cold. Yum. We asked for a manager but he/she was apparently hiding. The kids play room was disgusting, literally every table was dirty, with food, trays and litter strewed everywhere.
