Burlington — Local services in Jonesboro

As a child growing up in a small town; my mother would take me to Burlington as a out of town shopping destination spot in Memphis, TN. If you are a 90s baby; remember Burlington was double in size like Dillards. It was surrounded by Circuit and Value City even Gateway Computers on Winchester Rd in Memphis. Only the 80s and 90s Memphis babies know what I am talking about when those were the booming retail stores of the 90s. Fast forward to 2019; Burlington has changed drastically in size and interior. When this place came to Jonesboro; I experienced it as an adult shopping for clothes and decor. I met a beautiful lady named Ollie. She showed how to style my dining table with a beautiful crafted Italian red plate with a gold ball. With my closet; she showed me figurines to add a touch of luxury for my closet. I brought beautiful photographic canvas of nature to bring serenity to my bedroom. They have a good variety of clothes for big and tall men that I have brought. My friend girls suggested they have bigger sizes for women in shoes up to a 12 or 13. Other than that me and my friends love this store. Burlington was a brand I loved growing as a child. To experience it as an adult showed me why my mom and aunts loved. Burlington still have that authentic feel like it had in the 1990s. I would highly recommend this store for home...

This was the very first time I had been in this particular store. It looked more like a thrift store, merchandise was everywhere. I went to the restroom and well it did not take me long to turn around and leave. The ladies restroom was nasty!! Now it amazes me that a person could make mess like that in a public restroom, but it was evident that no one checks on the restrooms and keeps them clean. I love going to a thrift store, I have been known to get some good finds, but this is a place I expect to be a little better kept up. Always a great place to shop! Lots of wonderful deals! I saved a lot on Christmas gifts for the nieces and nephews. I always like to buy for them but, since I have so many, it can really get expensive. At Burlington, I can get good, quality gifts at a fraction of the cost Of pay elsewhere.
