First of all, there is no shark on the menu! The name of the place is Sharks, Fish and Chicken. That makes it look like they serve sharks, fish and chicken. That is misleading. Add an apostrophe between the letter "k" and the letter "s". If the name is possessive, as in, this eatery belongs to Shark, then it should be Shark's and not plural, as in, sharks are served here.
Now that we got the grammar lesson out of the way, here are the facts and my opinion.
This place was busy at 11:50 and I'm not sure why. It's just a glorified, gas station fried-counter. However, it's on Caraway, a busy road and there are several businesses nearby. A lot of people seem to like it but it doesn't suit my taste. The chicken tenders were very dry. I placed an order at 11:53 for chicken tenders and gizzards. I was called over after about 4 minutes to be informed that they were out of gizzards. I then ordered 3 jumbo shrimp. I finally got my number called at 12:20. It took 25 minutes for my order to be ready. Today I didn't have anywhere I needed to be right away but I wouldn't exactly call that lunch time friendly, especially if you have to drive away from the Caraway/Highland area to get back to work. I dined in, if you were doing a pickup order, that might be more time efficient for you.
I wouldn't consider the shrimp to be jumbo, see picture. They fit into the cocktail sauce container, so that's kinda small. The fries have a nice seasoning on them and the coleslaw is average. There were several dirty tables when I went to sit down. Granted they were busy but somebody could've wiped down the tables. Mostly everything here is going to be fried, so if you are watching your cholesterol, BP, etc., this is not the place for you. Next time, IF I go back, I'll just order the cheeseburger. Also, there are several misspellings on the digital menu and some on the paper menu, it's not a big deal but, in general, it's just not a good look. What with, Google, Grammarly, dictionaries, and spell check in the palms of everybody's hands 📱 all it takes is a quick second to check before mass printing menus.
Lastly, they don't serve sharks🦈 here, either on the menu or if they swim in and want to order something. 😆 I just like teasing about how they chose to name the location. So, don't come here expecting to be served sharks or expecting to be served if you...

This message is shared with sincerity and respect, with the hope of seeing continued growth and excellence in our local businesses.
This morning, I stopped by your location at 10:34 AM, along with another customer and an Uber Eats driver, expecting service based on your posted hours of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, the doors remained closed, the open sign was off, and several employees were standing outside. When approached, someone shared that they were waiting on “Keith” to arrive with the key.
While we understand that delays and unexpected situations can happen, this raised a broader concern about preparation and consistency in business operations. Relying on a single keyholder can create unnecessary setbacks and frustrate both employees and customers who are showing up ready to work or support your establishment.
This is simply a kind call to action to do better—tighten up the systems that help you operate smoothly. The community shows up for you and supports you, and in return, we hope to experience dependable service during the hours advertised.
We want to see all local businesses succeed and thrive, and that includes Sharks. Let’s continue building trust through professionalism, reliability, and mutual respect.
With appreciation, Lawrence Anderson IV A supportive voice for progress and excellence...
