Dillard's — Local services in Jonesboro

Encountered the dumbest sells associate ever at the Kheil’s skin care section. Apart from having the worst breath, it smelled similar to the time I left Chinese left overs in my car all weekend a few summers ago. Anyway, she used all her selling abilities to try and tell me what I needed. Talking me out of a $108 moisturizer and into a $29 one. Do they not work off of commission anymore? She told me that because I was male, I could only really see the benefits if I used the products labeled “men’s”. She told me that they sell an exfoliant but they are terrible for your skin and she tells people not to use it. What? She then told me that I didn’t need anything for wrinkles because I didn’t have any wrinkles. I don’t have wrinkles because I use products to prevent wrinkles. At check out she offered me a perfume travel container and said she would fill it up with my favorite cologne. She said it was a special because of Valentine’s Day and threw it into the bag... I got my $29 moisturizer, stole 60 or so samples from the drawers and left confused as hell at what just happened.

Women’s Dept Free People, Micheal Kors, and Calvin Klein, Antonio Melanie: Prices fair- especially around sales. Overall awesome customer service. Helpful and friendly. Typically prepare dressing rooms, help you find items, make recommendations based off your interest. Great knowledge of their product. Overall 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Women’s Jeans Dept: customer service poor. Customer service rep sees me juggling a handful of jeans (and a baby), she laughs and doesn’t offer to prepare a dressing room or help me carry anything. Asked for assistance finding an item, she complained of the four racks she would have to shuffle through and refused to assist. Pricing on jeans is great. Selection is decent. Variety of cuts/fit is fair. I personally have found a better selection at JC Penny. Customer service on phone is also lacking. 2 stars overall 🌟🌟

I love dillards and this store is very nice but the employees are very rude. I was met by a very combative and argumentative woman at the mens fragrance counter that argued with me about cologne top notes asserting to me that i "couldnt even pick out the top notes in a fragrance if they were told to me" and that "it doesnt matter what the top notes are, you either like it or you dont." When i tried asking her what new topnotes they added in the new 2018 Sauvage 2018 eau de parfum reformulation. She also asked me "if i was okay" and called me "crazy" when i compared the scents of Sauvage and Prada Luna Rossa Carbon to her which a lot of people believe smell very similar if not the same. Every other time i have been to this fragrance counter there has been nobody there except for 2. I go to this dillards at least once a week as i work in the mall and i walk around...
