I have had ATT wifi for about three weeks now, and it has been nothing short of a horrible experience. First of all, in the past three weeks we have had the wifi, it has not worked well at all. Our download speed sits between 0-200 KILObytes per second, when our wifi plan is supposed to ensure 18 MEGAbytes per second. We called a support technician, who was helpful and set us up for a technician to come out and check our our wifi box and connections. A day later, a different technician called to cancel our appointment because he said everything was working on his end. When I told him we still wanted the tech to come out because it was not looking good on our end, he kept pressuring us for 10 minutes to cancel our appointment, which I regrettably gave into. Starting two days ago, I have been run around between many departments trying to get ahold of ANYONE willing to help us, as we cannot even use our wifi in the slightest. In fact, I repeatedly keep getting kicked out of online exams because our wifi cuts out out of nowhere. After five calls, and two technicians hanging up on us for no reason, we explain over and over again our problem, and are told that we must be in the wrong because everything is okay on their end. Four hours later of calling ATT back and forth, and we finally get an appointment set up for today September 30. Except, the technician shows up out our apartment yesterday, September 29, with no warning, asking where we are. We inform him we are not home and that our appointment isn't until Monday, which is today. He ensures another technician will come out on Monday between 8-12, and here we are at almost 1pm, and no update or call from the technician explaining his delay or why he is late. Customer service has been horrible, and honestly might just switch over to Ritter at this point. In the past two weeks of trying to help help, we have been run in circles over and over again and left in the dark about anything and everything. I advise you pay the little bit of extra money and go somewhere else, as ATT is not accommodating, helpful, or professional.
Chances are I will get an automated response to this saying they are sorry for my experience, but they wont actually do anything to fix their mistake and make things better. Shows you how much they actually value...
Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. These employers get paid commission. Which unfortunately leads them to tell many lies. I was lied to me multiple times. One of them is telling me I would be eligible to receive full $700 trade in amount with a cracked screen phone as I showed to him numerous times and he assured me no less than 5 times i would get $700 trade in credit. The problem is with a broken phone you canât verify an IMEI number, nor can you/they factory reset the device. Basically the âany year, any conditionâ is a scam to lure the costumer in new phone sales. If this is their policy any phone salesman should know that my phone wouldnât have been eligible upon him visualizing it. Probably two weeks prior to this visit I was quoted at certain rate for 3 lines. Upon Art quoting me he was trying to sale me a certain package for a higher price. After reanalyzing it someone he gets me a better package for a cheaper price.. when I said it still wasnât as good as I was quoted previously.. he sweetened the deal with more options, including unlimited hotspot for an even cheaper price! I was blown away with the $150 for 3 lines with the options I was getting. I donât understand why there is such a run around in price quotation. I feel as though itâs out to milk as much as possible from the customer. After my first month I am not getting unlimited hotspot like I was told and also being charged for AT&T next in which I specifically remember telling him that I wanted to decline that option. Their cellular cases have an outrageous markup on them. All in all, a horrible experience and their customer service and quality of service is dismal. Itâs a shame a corporation like this can get away with the lies they tell the consumer to...
Read moreI went to this store to get a screen saver replaced under a lifetime warranty for 10 dollars same place I purchased my i phone 14 last year. Went in was greeted by Adi, Took my info looked and said you have a 15 on your 14 phone. She said I can put another 15 but not a 14 unless I charge you full price. I said what's the difference in them? She said it doesn't fit.. We did this 5 times till I ask another salesperson the difference he said the cutout at the top. I looked at Adi and said that's what I wanted to know. She said smartly I told you it didn't fit! They had the correct screen saver but said I purchased the 15 so I had to take that one. she asked the manager Jalise if I could have the right one she said no. Adi went back put the 14 in the draw smirking and smiling the whole way, I said you're not going to let me have the correct one even though you guys put the wrong one on. Nope, pay full price or take the 15, I ask the manager she said no. I had to take the wrong one THEY put on my phone. ridiculous! I called AT&T service and there was no recourse. I ask for his supervisor 1 hour and 4 mins later after she Nika kept saying nothing she could do. I finally wore her down and got a 45 dollar credit on my bill. I will not set foot in that store again. I'm not the only one complaining about Adi being unable to explain things and being a wise butt to boot. Talks to you like...
