Went here earlier today for a phone charger and few other items. When it was time to check out the cashier came over and began checking me out (they recently started doing this and it's annoying to say the least). I let him finish checking me out, he bagged my items and then I paid and left. Long story short, I get wayyy back across town and don't see my phone charger nor the other item I purchased. I was already tired and had a headache so having to drive back across town was irritating and an inconvenience to say the least. My thing is if you are checking me up and bagging my items (please bag up everything) so I don't have to waste gas coming back to get something that should been in my bag in the first place. I went back to retrieve my items and it was waiting for me at the front, but the cashier (the same one that checked me out and didn't bag all my items) handed me my stuff and didn't apologize. I've been a frequent shopper since the beginning but with service like this I don't know if...
Read moreMy kids LOVE this store! If you've got little ones with allowance money burning a hole in their pockets, then this will be your one stop shop! As a single mother with more than a couple little people to keep happy this place has been a great addition to our Jonesboro shopping experience. Everything is under $5(hence the name) and it's still small enough you can stroll through with your kids without it being a chore. My bunch did all their own Christmas shopping here, and were super excited with the selection. They've got games, crafts, slime kits, stuffed animals, toys, makeup, shirts, and small electronics(headphones, earbuds, clocks, portable speakers). I would recommend looking through just to shop locally. My oldest visited the one in Memphis, and was psyched when she found out we were getting one here, so it works...
Read moreMy recent shopping outage at this store was my first, but I have hopes of making it a frequent. This place has electronics, apparel, home decor, arts and crafts, snacks, DIY project materials, toys, and so much more. I was amazed at the low prices and the quantity and quality of the goods sold. The staff were helpful and courteous, but many customers were quite rude and pushy. Also, masks were not being worn by about 50% of customers, maybe more. Self checkout makes it easy to scan your purchased goods, bag them yourself and pay. Therefore shopping is intended to be fairly contactless, aside from customers choosing not to keep 6 ft. of space between themselves and others and not wearing masks. These issues would be the deciding factor in how frequently my family...
