I got a new job that actually schedules me Hours, also it's a Non Hosile Environment where I'm not Screamed at by people with anger issues Screaming and Throwing things at me. I was NEVER trained in Anything, much less shoulder to shoulder yet I was Constantly Yelled at because I wasn't doing it right! Then there were 3 new people who on their VERY FIRST DAY were being trained shoulder to shoulder and taught the Right way to do things, which I begged to get multiple times! Morning shift is AMAZING, because they don't care to show you if you don't know and they have a positive attitude as well as having no problem helping out if you have alot of orders. Never in my whole 18 years of working have I experienced this kind of work environment! Kasha you literally talk about how bad the store is and managers are TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS,Talk about EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGERS, Steal tips without even reporting the total amount at the end of ur shift and have an Attitude to Everyone except Managers or shift leads, after all that u get PROMOTED, AFTER LOOSING THAT POSITION ONCE BEFORE, TOOK U LESS THAN A MONTH TO GET BACK TO SHIFT LEAD!!!! MINDBOGGELING! Seems like you get rewarded for being lazy and if you work your butt off like I did you get criticized and harassed!
Jonathan, you have a Serious Anger problem and I was told the day I was doing my videos by Kasha that you made her cry that you just have anger problems after I see you scream IM WALKING THE F@CK OUT and Slam the Door, open it back up and SLAM IT TWICE MORE, I was like what is going on? Then I was told about how your anger is "Getting Better than it was Before" (WHAT?!) Not to mention the day you threw a broom across the store while Screaming IM ABOUT TO WALK TF OUT I CANT HANDLE YOU GUYS and it came within an inch from hitting me in the back! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR! I DONT SEE HOW IT HAS GONE ON THIS LONG Honestly. And you wonder why you can't keep anyone longer...
Read moreAfter a long day at work I ordered my pizza 30 mins before I got off at 815 hoping it would be ready by the time I got off. I made it into the store at 850. The old guy named Shawn seen me and another customer standing by the register and proceeded to help each customer that came thru the drive thru. I finally said excuse me loudly so he could come assist me since there was a girl in the back seen me and kept walking around with her cup. Shawn said he had to help drive thru and I advised him I had been waiting patiently as he helped the four cars thru drive thru as I was waiting. He finally came over and said he didn’t know where my order was! It showed it was made but it was missing. Said somehow sometimes between corporate and their system it can get lost. Again how if he sees it’s been made?! The manage kyle who wasn’t very much help either finally came out the back and was looking for the order and took shawn he did check the food out. Then Shawn finally took accountability and said he accordingly gave it out cuz there was three orders with the same name next to each other! Based on the uncommon name and last name I seriously doubt it!! I told him to cancel it and refund my money and he said he would not be able to!! Needless to say I had to wait even longer for my food to be remade. As I was leaving Shawn got aggressive with me a SMALL FEMALE and acted like he was going to do something to me! I will be calling corporate and if u are a female and alone do not go to this location if you care about your safety. How u get mad with the customer because you gave their food away!! And as a manager why do you allow your employees to treat your customers like that Kyle!! VERY VERY VERY!! BAD BUSINESS, they will lose your food and not want to refund your hard...

Some worker named "Koisha" was blatantly rude to me and 2 other gentlemen that were waiting for our online orders:
First, the order wasn't done on time (which was predicted to finish at 11 o'clock, the time this resturant closes) and I ended up receiving my order 25-30 minutes later. That wasn't the problem...
Second, after I paid with my card, the gentlemen next to me paid in cash. First she gave him the wrong change (missing $10) second, for lack of a better word, she "THREW HIS CHANGE" and some coins fell to the floor WITHOUT APOLOGIZING to him. Better yet, she didn't say a word to any of us apologizing about how long our order was taking and the only words coming out of her mouth were, "I swear I shut and locked that door. Who the hell opened that door? We're CLOSED! Damn!"
I acknowledged what she said and I replied, "Well, we are waiting for our orders we ALREADY ORDERED."
She didn't apologize, of course, but I've have NEVER had an experience like this at this Pizza Hut Resturant in the times I've been there but I believe people as rude as her don't belong in customer service or anywhere on in the food industry!!! I'll be posting this on Google+ and she better be prepared to hear from corporate...
