Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Ordered a couple pizzas and cheese sticks for dinner. Placed the order this afternoon to be delivered around dinner time. Because my order was a delayed order, I did not have access to the PapaTracker. The delivery time came and went, so I waited an extra 15 minutes before calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. The manager I spoke to was very rude and frankly incompetent. He claimed my order was not in his system, so I asked him three times how we could resolve the issue as I'd already been charged for the food. He said that he was too busy and I would have to call corporate to get it resolved. I called corporate and they were able to see my order in the system, so they called him back to get the issue resolved, and he told them that he was too busy to deal with it as well. I noticed that recent reviews have been low for this location, and I have to wonder how much lazy management is playing a part in it. Customer service was absolutely horrible. He had a bad attitude and clearly had no interest in trying to resolve the issue at hand. I am so frustrated because my family orders from Papa Johns on a fairly regular basis, but I do not have any interest in supporting a restaurant whose management will not help their customers when...

So we ordered doordash tonight and all I can say is stay away from the bowls. The portions are tiny. I mean so tiny you would be more full from ordering a happy meal at McDonald's. Papa John's website is misleading as well the photos of the bowls are nothing like what you actually get. I could see the bottom of my dish before ever eating anything. It's crazy that their bowls cost close to 10 dollars for maybe 3-5 bites (that's how small my portion was and again I must express I ordered from doordash so they wouldn't refund due to portion size they said they can't control portion size so it is not a valid excuse for a refund. So I called the store where I got a response that the bowls usually appear small in portion size.. so they are admitting to deceptive marketing and misleading the customers who see a full bowl on the website. Also they agreed to remake it and did the same thing again and really showed no sense of concern about portion size or lack there of. In conclusion stay away from the bowls unless you like throwing money into the trash because that's what you would be doing not to mention you will probably throw the bowl in the trash as well considering the 3-5 bites you get in your portion will be...

Last night I ordered specials 2large pizza for 24.99 and I told him to add 2 Pepsi 2 liter.well he put hold to takes another person order because I hard him taken someone order keep me waiting on the and guess he noticed that he didn't push the button to put me on hold because the other person that walk in on order the same thing and that's how he miss up on my order. He gave the other man my order and just give me a pizza and didn't give me my soda on top that. The woman that I talk to on the phone wanted to charger over 11.00 more when it was already was supposed to been on my from the beginning. The delivery boy was rude when he came out to bring the sodas he cheated me out of my change and I caught it and the he still didn't give me the right change he was off still yet. So all because of this .I'm sorry ya lost my business!!! I'm not dealing with that kind of business!! I will go somewhere else next time on...
