On valentines day I got a cold and we needed to do pickup instead of dine in. We picked the Valentines couple special,it seemed like a good idea. The app was not to complicated to use and the time frame was not to bad either between our order and pick up (about 35 mins). After we picked up the food at the front door,we drove straight back home and I crawled back to bed and I was ready to eat. The size of the meat was fine. BUT....our salads were tiny. On my picture you can see the container it came with, and I eight the half of it,yep that's how small it was. My sweet potato was small and burned on the bottom mainly. My appetizer/entre:Ribs were also almost burned and dry. The onions were on one side dry and tasted a little old,but the other side was fine and juicer for some reason. My husband's steak tasted the best (Ribeye Steak) and my 6 Oz sirloin was ok,not overwhelming but ok. The Rolls coulda been a little longer baked, they looked like they were put out to early and the glace was missing. I still eight almost everything,I was hungry and to me it was all about spending valentines day with my better half and just enjoy our time, even we sat at home cause of my cold. All in all it was ok,im sure if they weren't so busy it woulda been better quality. We've been in Texas couple years ago at a Texas Roadhouse before and it was great,so I assume all this is to blame cause of Covid (not enough staff) and a hectic snowy evening with black ice warning on Valentines day. At least I hope that was the reasons. I will try this place again on a random day in the future and update my review.

We eat at Texas Roadhouse every couple of months, and it’s always something we look forward to. From the moment you walk in, the place has a warm, lively atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, creating a laid-back but energetic environment that’s great whether you’re on a date night or out with the family. One of our absolute favorite starters is the crispy fried pickles. They come out hot, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned every time. It’s the kind of appetizer you find yourself craving days later. When it comes to entrees, my wife always goes for the ribeye, and I stick with the filet. Both steaks are consistently excellent—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can really tell they take pride in preparing everything fresh and getting the seasoning and grilling spot-on. Texas Roadhouse tends to stay busy, especially on weekends, so using their app to get on the waitlist ahead of time is a smart move. It saves a ton of time and helps avoid those long waits during peak hours. What keeps us coming back, beyond the great food, is the consistency and the welcoming vibe. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place where the service feels genuine, the portions are generous, and the food never feels rushed or mass-produced. From the warm rolls with cinnamon butter to the juicy steaks and friendly service, Texas Roadhouse gets it right every time. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a good steakhouse experience without the pretense.

This was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse. I was so excited to taste the wonderful food I had heard so much about, we had a two-hour wait but who cared this was the restaurant whose food would truly be one of the best taste of Jonesboro, Arkansas. To the food...I truly did enjoy the rolls. They were warm and a nice appetizer, to begin with. The cinnamon butter was a nice touch, but I would have enjoyed a warm honey butter glaze instead, but still, my mind was really on my main course. I had ordered the catfish platter with steak fries and a side salad. So our food was presented to us it looked divine. The first taste of my fish was, oh my goodness..so delicious and fresh. Ooh, it went so well with my salad n fries. That's when devastation hit..just as I was biting off a piece and start to chew it was hair in my mouth. I looked down and this long strain of hair was embedded in my piece of fish. I was so upset and disappointed. The manager came over and said oh no..well I'm sorry and I want you to know you don't have to pay for your meal. I'm like ok..who would. She did replace my order, with a carryout but still, I had to floss to get the hair out between my teeth. I would like to try this again to rid my mind of this terrible experience. but it will take some time for me. I hate it happened, but unfortunately, it did.

I’m out, gotta find another steakhouse First check the a/c, lately we’ve needed a sweater but on with tonights miserable journey. My family has been coming to this restaurant since it was opened at least twice a month sometimes every weekend but a minimum twice. There are currently 4 of us which amounts to at least $75 before tip, sometimes I buy my other adult kids food which is another $50-60 but at minimum $75 so for YTD that’s minimum $750 I’ve given you. For many people that’s a weeks pay. Of the last 3 times we’ve been there we’ve had to get a new steak twice, the last time 2 steaks were wrong and the time before 3 steaks were wrong. We ordered medium not beef jerky. So waiter says he’ll get us a replacement quickly, wait, wait, wait then about 3 days later (I wasn’t timing) I finally ask where’s the beef?!?and tell him to send me the manager. Not to mention we were told 25-35 minute wait, an hour later (yes I was timing) I go in and ask. Turns out we were somehow forgotten about, tell your employees to whisper a little quieter. After getting the manager over I tell him basically the above and he seriously tells me he “tried to get what’s his name to help but he wouldn’t help me” WHAT!? Seriously? An actual manager told me that. It’s not my fault your employees can’t work together to provide your customers the product you promise. There is only one person on your payroll I know of that could redeem your restaurant for us it I don’t know his name, African American, kinda long hair funny, great all around waiter. Ask him to pull a pocket out of his pants and have your other employees hold on to it to follow him around so they can learn how to do a good job. Aaaannd to top it all off we were amazed at how big my girls meal was until the check came, you gave and charged us for an adult chicken plate. Screw it, pay for it and get the hell out. Some may find this funny but this is most definitely the only fun of the experience. I’ll find somewhere else. Wish I’d took a picture...

We were at Texas Road House on Saturday and were given the incorrect bill. A much lower bill than what ours was. I had inserted my card to pay and noticed the difference, we took the card out and called the waiter (Jacob) over to let him know that was not our bill in the kwoisk. He then gave the kwoisk to the table next to us. I gave him my card to pay the correct bill. We left and maybe 15 minutes later I pulled up my bank app and had been charged for both bills. One for $73.45 and one for $125.12. I called and talked to Matt and he said it was a pending charge and would fall off by Monday and if not to call them. I called and (Rachel) said he should not have told me that because it would be Tuesday at least before the charge fell off. I called today and now Rachel is saying that there is no charge on there except the $125.12. I can see in the app that the charge is no longer pending but has been paid. I also called the bank and both transactions have processed and paid to Texas Roadhouse! We could have paid the bill of $73.45 and walked out but we did not do that, we did the right thing by calling the waiter over and getting it corrected. So I am out and extra $73.45. and they could care less. Rachel told me to just dispute it with my bank. I gave a 1 star for the service, food and atmosphere but this is not the way you treat people that are honest!!!!!! Management there is terrible!

I want to add that today 2-2-2024 the $73.45 was refunded to my account. That doesn’t excuse the way the local Jonesboro management treated me. I spoke to the corporate office and that lady was very kind and understanding, if I had not sole with her I would still be arguing with Rachel!!!! Thank you...
