I have purchased stoves and one fridge from here. They were in relatively good shape, we were aware of the scratches but they were near invisible. You would think "scratch and dent" means dirt cheap but these appliances are almost all brand new. I understand that they cannot give appliances away. One stove we bought had an issue with lighting the pilot, we were making biscuits and there was a mini explosion in the oven. We called them knowing full well we were months beyond any refund or exchange time period and they helped us by giving us a few suggestions to know what direction to take from there. They obviously couldn't help us but, as i said, they pointed us in the right direction. It just happened to be a defective item from GE. We called GE and since the appliance itself was still within the manufacturers warranty (none offered thru Tucker's, since they are scratch and dent they are sold as is but I think you may be able to buy a separate warranty in-store through another company, not Tucker's). I typically don't buy warranties because they are never worth it. Anyway, GE sent us a brand new stove of the same model. This, of course, had nothing to do with whether Tucker's had the power to help or do anything about the stove. GE stood behind their product and we were satisfied. Would definitely continue to check with Tucker's if we need another appliance. Dryer shopping is coming up next 🥴 the heating element has gone out twice on my 5 year old dryer that we did not buy from Tucker's. Hopefully we can find something we like that is within...
Read moreFirst time I have been in the store and definitely will be the last. If I could give a "no star" rating, that would actually be more accurate. Salesman couldn't be bothered to take the time to even give me a price on a refrigerator that was haphazardly shown to me and when I finally chased him down requesting the price of the refrigerator, he hurriedly told me the price and basically insinuated that I couldn't afford it. I walked into the store knowing that the refrigerator I needed to purchase to fit into my tiny kitchen was going to be expensive so his assumption that I didn't have the money to purchase exactly what I needed was not only rude but also a slap in the face. Make sure you wear formal wear if you want to be taken seriously. I bought a refrigerator that day but it definitely wasn't at...
Read moreThe older salesman is very rude. When asked if he would match prices, he insuated that I was going to show him something from on line company from other states and corrected me before I didn’t need correction as was just going to show him the local Lowes price. Then when asked if free delivery, he again was rude and stated would only put in garage. He didn’t even ask if I had a garage. He needs to leave sales to other people. I only bought since Lowe’s delivery date was much later than I needed. My husband wasn’t there and was not happy I bought from this rude guy. I think he was giving me what other people may do to him,. It just isn’t right. Delivery guys...
