Better Than Retail — Local services in Joplin

Product was great ! Communication through social media was very poor. Would suggest going straight to their local place if you want answers. I wouldn’t have minded if the staff was more friendly on the site. They made an exception and met up with me in a day where they were supposed to be closed which I appreciate but definitely on the site the costumer service was very poor. I felt rushed and like I couldn’t count for guidance. Staff was on the phone the whole time and giving very poor information even tho I said I didn’t have any experience with the cars. At that point I only wanted to leave so I paid and they did help to load to my car which was appreciated as well! Probably bad timing or day but I feel they could do a lot a lot better being more friendly and attentive to their costumers. (Product didn’t come with warranty just for ur information in case...

Tbh I really don't post stores on here, but I had to make an exception for this one. All the clothes u see in my snaps was off the 5 dollar rack. brand name tags still on it and everything, I even got my lil scooter there I'm tryna tell u ppl if u in the Joplin area you gotta hit this spot got a lot of good stuff for the low low. All that really expensive stuff u get at the stores be like half off or sum. Homie got the works, plus they gotta Mexican who works in the back if u buy heavy stuff home boy will load it for u I'm tryna tell you this one of those sleeper stores that be in the cut😎🔥 iykyk got the homie looking all papasito...

Personally this is my new favorite shopping place. I've went there for the last four weeks and I bought a new mattress, which I love, appliances, Chiefs items and several name brand clothes that I got at prices so cheap I couldn't believe it. Was always treated kind and with respect. Can't wait to see what's new...
